I have long wavy/curly hair with lots of layers (the longest pieces are almost at my belly button when straight). Most products turn my hair frizzy, crunchy, or greasy, and I prefer a soft and natural look (with thick pieces that are still well defined).

I have a very odd styling regime. I usually shower at night and sleep on towel with my hair all bunched up above my head. When I wake up, I have nice curls, but they become undefined if I don't add some product. I add this finishing cream more heavily on the ends and make sure to apply it in such a way that I don't divide my curls (no combing through or anything). It does exactly what I want with no adverse effects, and my husband complains when I run out because he likes the smell :)

OK, first things first. I use the Sally Hershberger Wave primer, and after my hair is dry, I use this. It smells wonderful, and you dont need a lot for it to work. My hair is mid-back length and naturally wavy. It works great! It does as its promised and gives me that glossy, piece-y look. If your looking for that product to finish up your look, this is it! :D

I love the Sally Hershberger Style Primer so I had high expectations of this product, but it didn't do anything to my hair. I am caucasian with naturally wavy hair a little past my shoulder. I tried varying amounts of product and didn't see any results. I plan on returning it.

I have very dry curly hair, this product souneded too good to be true, and was.

Don't waste your money. The smell is not so great, and the product is just too heavy.

I have found much better products worth the money.

My reccomendation is do not buy this.

Ok, this stuff smells AMAZING! I get complements every time I use this product. Personally, I don't get a "glossy and piece-y" finish on my waves but this smells soooo good, I use it for special occasions. After I'm done styling my hair, I dispense about a quarter size in my hands and lightly run my hands through the ends and front pieces. It doesn't give that greasy look, it doesn't weight the hair down but 5 stars for the scent. Great product!

I love these nail strips! Applied them and they lasted 14 days without chipping. I always apply a top coat about half an hour after putting these on, and another coat about a week later.

Great if you are petite and have had a bit of practice with them.

Not brilliant if you have chunky hands with wide nails and can't quite find the match of wide enough strips for all nails.

They are a great concept but very easy to tear and fiddly to place. You get used to them I am sue and they probably wouldn't be so bad to put on someone else but be prepared to take your time getting used to the product and if you have wide nails perhaps seek out a product with more choice of sizes/shapes.

These are the best nail art pens I have ever used. It takes a bit of patience to get the paint to start flowing through the applicator, but once it does it's just like using a sharpie marker. Seamless flow and application. I will never use anything else!

I tried the silver, but as a rule I tend to stay away from the light base colored salon effects. The tend to have a shorter lifespan than the darker colors. It lasted about 8 days but started chipping the first day. I will stick to my original rule, no more light colors no matter how tempting and cute they appear to be.

Sally Hansen's Salon Effects are an easy way to sport trendy nail designs without having to slave over your nails with multiple colors. The limited edition winter collection is really cute, and the polish strips are easy to apply. I can't say that I get a lot of wear out of them, but that has more to do with how often I'm required to wash my hands at work than the product itself. I've had friends who are able to get them to last longer in other job settings.
