I have long wavy/curly hair with lots of layers (the longest pieces are almost at my belly button when straight). Most products turn my hair frizzy, crunchy, or greasy, and I prefer a soft and natural look (with thick pieces that are still well defined).

I have a very odd styling regime. I usually shower at night and sleep on towel with my hair all bunched up above my head. When I wake up, I have nice curls, but they become undefined if I don't add some product. I add this finishing cream more heavily on the ends and make sure to apply it in such a way that I don't divide my curls (no combing through or anything). It does exactly what I want with no adverse effects, and my husband complains when I run out because he likes the smell :)

OK, first things first. I use the Sally Hershberger Wave primer, and after my hair is dry, I use this. It smells wonderful, and you dont need a lot for it to work. My hair is mid-back length and naturally wavy. It works great! It does as its promised and gives me that glossy, piece-y look. If your looking for that product to finish up your look, this is it! :D

I love the Sally Hershberger Style Primer so I had high expectations of this product, but it didn't do anything to my hair. I am caucasian with naturally wavy hair a little past my shoulder. I tried varying amounts of product and didn't see any results. I plan on returning it.

I have very dry curly hair, this product souneded too good to be true, and was.

Don't waste your money. The smell is not so great, and the product is just too heavy.

I have found much better products worth the money.

My reccomendation is do not buy this.

Ok, this stuff smells AMAZING! I get complements every time I use this product. Personally, I don't get a "glossy and piece-y" finish on my waves but this smells soooo good, I use it for special occasions. After I'm done styling my hair, I dispense about a quarter size in my hands and lightly run my hands through the ends and front pieces. It doesn't give that greasy look, it doesn't weight the hair down but 5 stars for the scent. Great product!
