I bought these nail polish strips to wear for Mardi Gras in St. Louis over the weekend. They're fantastic! I coordinated them with Violent Lips temporary lip tattoos Violent Lips The Black & White Checker Set of 3 Temporary Lip Appliques and received many compliments from my friends as well as complete strangers. They take a somewhat steady hand to apply, but I was able to do a decent job while riding as a passenger in the car on the highway. I did not use a topcoat since I knew I was only going to wear them for two days. My only negative comment is that they took A REALLY LONG TIME to remove. I spent four minutes per nail. The black squares did not want to come off. I tried acetone as well as acetone-free remover and the latter was what worked. Perhaps it is because I applied a base coat to my nails before the nail decal? Regardless of this minor drawback, I definitely intend to purchase these again in many more designs.

The service from this company was very fast, but unfortunately, the color of the polish is nowhere near the color of the bottle I already owned. It is not pale pink, but instead a pale orange or coral. All of the numbers on the bottles match, so perhaps the problem is one of age or storage method. If you have used this color in the past and are looking for the exact same shade, you will be disappointed, as I am.

This blush is absolutely beautiful! It is something you HAVE to experience. Very easy to apply and the look is awesome......not the look of your "typical" blush, but more of a look like it blends right into your skin.......ALL blushes should be made this way. Try it!

This would be good for someone who wears no foundation. When I apply this no matter how delicately, it takes of the foundation underneath. It's too dry for a cream. This color also looks very orangy on me.

I know it's kinda risky ordering cosmetics online, you can never be sure of the color, but holey socks, Batman! This creme blush (I ordered "Flush") doesn't look even CLOSE to ANY of the colors shown. It's an ugly orangey color (NOBODY could wear this color!) and it's not very "creme-y" either. I ordered these and honestly didn't expect much given the price (it was $1.76 when I ordered with no shipping charges). The product came in 2-3 weeks and appears the same as the pictures. They description says "3000 PCS Nail Art Rhinestones Glitter", which implies that there are 3,000 pieces. That's definitely not the case. I would estimate 250-400. Either way, it was an extremely good price and I'd probably pay $10 at the store for the same thing. I still think they should be honest and realistic about how many gems are included I doubt that would impact their orders because of the unbeatable price. The container is nice that the come in, you can open one pocket at a time so there's no mixing of the colors. A small tube a glue would've been a nice extra that I would've gladly paid a little more for. I definitely recommend this product, it's great for nails, projects, scrapbooking and many other uses.

I tried the silver, but as a rule I tend to stay away from the light base colored salon effects. The tend to have a shorter lifespan than the darker colors. It lasted about 8 days but started chipping the first day. I will stick to my original rule, no more light colors no matter how tempting and cute they appear to be.

Sally Hansen's Salon Effects are an easy way to sport trendy nail designs without having to slave over your nails with multiple colors. The limited edition winter collection is really cute, and the polish strips are easy to apply. I can't say that I get a lot of wear out of them, but that has more to do with how often I'm required to wash my hands at work than the product itself. I've had friends who are able to get them to last longer in other job settings.

I really love to use Cornsilk as a base makeup. It is much lighter than the mineral makeups on the market and doesn't get all over your clothes and hands. It's an oldie but goodie that is much better than what is out there now.

The sheer french color does not have much color to it. It looks milky, but it's actually very transparent. When you apply it, there are tons of sparkles and a slight metallic pink color after it dries. I was looking for more of a natural peachy pink color, so the sheer color wasn't ideal for me. The french white tip polish was very runny, but it wasn't too hard to work with. What really helped were the stickers, especially when I was painting my left hand. I have read reviews where people complained about the polish bleeding under the stickers, but that just means that they did not apply it correctly. The trick is to press down hard on the stickers to ensure that the paint does not move under it. The directions said to wait for the paint to completely dry before removing the stickers, but what I did was right after I finished painting them, I quickly and carefully removed the sticker and then allowed the polish to dry. I found that the lines were cleaner like that. The top coat was pretty good and dried pretty fast. I gave this item three stars because I didn't like the sheer color and there are better white polishes out there. It's a good thing the stickers came with this or else the white polish would have been extremely difficult to deal with.

Yet again Sally Hansen has put out a great product. I have been using it for months let me tell you it is great. Umm the mani last long if you follow the directions as to put on the top coat at least once to twice a week to make it last and chip proof. They have these little sticker thingys in there so you won't mess up on the white tip part.! The color is great. I only put on one coat of the sheer opal because two makes it look like glitter nail polish for 8 year olds, I also add a layer of my own clear pink-tinted nail polist to make my nails look like a sheer natural pink flush background.

I bought this from Impossible Discounts thinking that I was getting Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails French Manicure kit, however what I did get was a cheap knock-off!! Very disappointed to say the least!! Next time, I will definitely buy it DIRECTLY from a Sally beauty supply store!!

I wanted good nail clippers, so I blindly got the most expensive ones I could find at the store, which was this--it was about $2.80 or so. I was disappointed (I was ready to drop at least $5 on a pair like a big shot) but I got these.

They cut pretty well, the first several times I used these. They cut clean, and they're exactly the size I want them to be. I love the shape of these. They designed the ergonomics well. Love the feel of the bumpy thumb presser part. It looks plain, but cute, practical like they should be.

After a few rounds, they cut rougher, and it's noticeably dull, and feels bad when you're trying to clip. You kind of have to use brute force to get it to go through your nail... and it does this double-snap thing, which I believe is when it finally clips the nail but the clipper blades overlap each other for a split second because it got off-centered. No! :( Not comforting.

Now I see it's much cheaper online. $3 for a pack of two, wow!

Since you're not stuck with the selection at a regular store, go look for something better. If you never have to buy another pair again, it's worth getting good quality clippers that make you feel good about life when it clips with a nice, confident, clean "snip!"

This color is as beautiful as it looks! The Insta-Dri is so fast! I would definitely use a base coat when I use it because there is a little bit of glitter in it. It is very shimmery! I have had to add some thinner to my bottle because it has gotten thick over time.
