I guess the under $5.00 price should have told me that it wouldn't be a good replacement for the mustache comb that I had. This one is so fine toothed that I can't even get it through my mustache. Instead it just pulls and tuggs on the hairs. The scissors are a bit flimsy and not very sharp.

I was looking for something like this for a long time, I needed the white strips to create salon looking french tips on my nails, I just used the white strips on my nails and used clear polish on top of them. They look great! But the drawback is that there is only a limited number of white strips. The pink strips are clear, I will use them to protect the my french tips next time I paint them on my self.

I have these and the incoco strips. I think the Sally's are my favorite. I love the professional look these french manicure strips give.

I have been doing my french manicures for a while now either using the nail guide stickeys or free hand and they usually come out nice but since these have been on the market, imo, they're the best for a polished, professional look.

So far, they've lasted two weeks. Not to mention, my nails have grown underneath as well.

The blades are a little dull and usually end up ripping my cuticles instead of cutting them which is painful. They work sometimes, but not all the time. I usually use them as pliers and they are good for that.

The cuticle nippers were not as sharp as I imagined it would be. The have to press hard for the cuticle to be cut. Otherwise I would end up pulling at the cuticle and that is not a good thing to do. I felt it was not an original La Cross product given the dissatisfaction it caused me. But I cannot be sure of it.

Very disappointed. Came with a nice case and emery boards as extras, but this polish is NOT the same as the bottle I had and was trying to replace. This is just nail polish, while the original was a nail strengthener that was great. I am sure this is the manufacturer's fault, not the seller, but it is a disappointment.

This is my preferred wax for between salon visits to maintain my brows. It's a hard wax which means it doesn't need cloth strips. Heat it up in the microwave.The instructions say to heat it for a minute then at 30 second intervals. I start with 3 minutes, and then 1 minute intervals to melt the wax. If it's very hot and liquid, I'll blow on the applicator to cool it a bit before applying. Use the included applicator or if you want very precise lines, orange sticks, to apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth. Give it a minute to cool and harden, then pull the whole piece off at once against the hair growth. If you mis-apply it, it can be removed carefully with a little oil and picking it off in the direction of the hair growth. I've used cold wax strips, but prefer the control this offers and it needs less tweezer touch ups in my experience.

It also works well on upper lips.

The included tweezers are tiny. I don't recommend using them unless you can't find a good pair in your medicine cabinet. I usually just dump them in my craft tools box to use when I'm working with smaller things rather than using them on my face.

When I pay big bucks in a salon to have my lip waxed I ALWAYS broke out after. The combination of this wax and its soothing lotion gives me a blemish free hair removal every time. I only use this on my lip, I don't trust being able to control it well on my eyebrows.

I've been waxing my own eyebrow and upper lip for 10 years. This product did an excellent job removing the hair. However, it was the most painful wax I've ever used. I only used it on my lip, and since it was so painful, I did not use it on my eyebrows. I called Sally Hansen for a refund, which they gave me.

I actually bought this at walmart but thought I'd be helpful and review it on here too. I put this on for the first time 2 nights ago and it looks so cool! It's bumpy but other people wouldn't notice. I used it as a top coat on pink, blue, and pink nails. It looks the most like fuzz if you put the it over the same color, so this green one looked the most fuzzy on my green nails. On the pink and blue it looks like sprinkles more than fuzz, but still looks very cool in my opinion. I plan on buying the other colors as well. Also, 2 days and no chips so far, so I think It makes a good top coat, I put 3 layers on my nails.

I was excited to try this as I have never had this type of polish before. I put the recommended three coats on and it looked and felt awful like it was a bad consistency and didn't look right. I will never purchase this type of polish again. As soon as it was half dry I took it off and threw the bottle away. Yuck.;

I had been drooling over this polish ever since I first saw it in a magazine weeks ago. I was finally able to get some and it is fantastic. I have found this locally at both Walgreens and Target. The polish applies much easier than I thought it would. It also give much better coverage than I expected. Two coats of this gives you a very nice, thick, fuzzy appearance. You can still see nail underneath with two coats, but you can also still make out the long bar texture of the flakes. This particular color "Fuzzy Fantasy" has pale green and white "glitter bars". I don't know what else to call them, they are long thin strands of plastic glitter type material (however they are matte, they do not sparkle at all). This particular color is one of my top favorites in the line. Everyone that sees this polish on my nails always comment on it and ask me where I got it. I hope Sally Hansen decides to add this polish to their line permanently instead of just as a limited edition.

Just a note: These are super hard to remove. I had put on two coats and it took me 30 minutes to get it off my 10 nails using regular strength nail polish remover. I had applied the polish only to my bare nail, perhaps it would have been easier to remove if I had used a basecoat first. On the plus side these seem like they will stay on for a long time and not chip.....

I have really thick eyebrows, so it's a pain in the ass keeping them neat with tweezers. this makes it really easy and fast. i do pluck 3 or 4 stubborn hairs, but that's it. turns 20 min. into 2.

i will say that you should wipe down the area you're waxing with alcohol to remove any oil first. i have oily skin, so this makes a BIG difference in its affectiveness.

i've been using these for years now. i keep a constant supply.

The only reason I didn't give these one star is because the shape WAS easy enough to TRACE it onto the (MUCH more effective) Sally Hansen rectangular wax strips I had been using. I tried with washed skin, unwashed skin, rubbing alcohol, you name it.

(Of course, it WAS easier to tweeze those select hairs afterwards as they were now gluey and rigid and stuck straight out.)

I suppose for reasonably fine-haired people they MIGHT work. But my brows are as black, course, and thick as Lebanese brows go. This was like trying to wax my face with Con-tac paper (At least with Con-tac paper I could've lined my kitchen drawers afterward).

I got these thinking that I wouldn't have to go get my brows waxed anymore since I had a bad experience at school with some wax. These are OK if you have pretty neatly groomed brows and just need to get a few stray hairs but for an actual brow groom these don't work at all. I bought some surgi brazilian wax a few days ago but found it to be way to messy to try and use on my eyebrows especially since I had never waxed at home before. I went back to ULTA today and bought these to try when I got home. They were a little tricky for me to place (I had it on the wrong side of my eyebrow) but once I figured it out they were great. Took the hair off as long as I actually pulled it off quickly and did not leave any stickiness on the skin like other wax. Really easy and great product!

The only trick is to make sure your skin and eyebrow hair is clean, dry, and you pull in the correct direction. I really can't understand how anyone could not get this to work for them!?! Since these are already perfectly shaped, it's so fast to get it done right. It does leave me with a little redness, so I usually do these right before I go to bed. No sign of redness by morning. I usually do not have to pluck any, but occasionally there is a stray I didn't get under a strip that I'll just pluckuser error there. I've been using them a few years now, love them!

The first time I used this product, I had no idea what I was doing, but managed quite well. There was some issues though. Rather than green, some of the pieces were yellow green. You could tell that they were faded. I thought, "Okay, I can work around that" and I did.

But after the smaller case that holds the actual salon effects is open, you really can't use what is left over again.

I may buy this product again in the future because I really liked the design, but I would have preferred to know all this before I bought it.

First time using these and I must say these are GREAT!! I read some reviews where people didn't like them because they thought they were too hard to put on. I must say...watch some videos on youtube first, before you try! This helped me a lot, after watching 3 videos I felt like I could do it and I could!! They came out GREAT!!! Take time when you first start and put a top coat on. I will be buying more of these in the future.

I have used them before that I bought from the store, I saw this cool halloween design on here and they didn't have at the store so I ordered it. After using them in the past with no problems, these were hard to work with, didn't come off the strip or plastic easily like they should have and I had to almost scratch it off the plastic, which ruined almost hlaf of it, luckily I have short stubby fingernails so there was plenty left for my nails but someone with long nails would have wasted their money. Normally I love these and they are pretty easy to put on, so I think the seller sent me some pretty old ones, prob some that were left over from last Halloween.

I love that amazon offers these at a lower price than walmart. The green and black barbed wire design is the second box ive ordered offline. My lips do look moisturized and feel hydrated when I use this product and for that sole reason I will be buying more. No, my lips do not appear bigger or more "plump". I usually do not use all of any lip product because they just don't do it for me, I am so far to the bottom of this lip gloss that when I use it the rim rubs against my lips and I will use it until I can't anymore.
