This is my preferred wax for between salon visits to maintain my brows. It's a hard wax which means it doesn't need cloth strips. Heat it up in the microwave.The instructions say to heat it for a minute then at 30 second intervals. I start with 3 minutes, and then 1 minute intervals to melt the wax. If it's very hot and liquid, I'll blow on the applicator to cool it a bit before applying. Use the included applicator or if you want very precise lines, orange sticks, to apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth. Give it a minute to cool and harden, then pull the whole piece off at once against the hair growth. If you mis-apply it, it can be removed carefully with a little oil and picking it off in the direction of the hair growth. I've used cold wax strips, but prefer the control this offers and it needs less tweezer touch ups in my experience.

It also works well on upper lips.

The included tweezers are tiny. I don't recommend using them unless you can't find a good pair in your medicine cabinet. I usually just dump them in my craft tools box to use when I'm working with smaller things rather than using them on my face.

Followed all instructions carefully and still did not get good results. Very difficult to work with and doesn't pull out most hairs.

When I pay big bucks in a salon to have my lip waxed I ALWAYS broke out after. The combination of this wax and its soothing lotion gives me a blemish free hair removal every time. I only use this on my lip, I don't trust being able to control it well on my eyebrows.

I've been waxing my own eyebrow and upper lip for 10 years. This product did an excellent job removing the hair. However, it was the most painful wax I've ever used. I only used it on my lip, and since it was so painful, I did not use it on my eyebrows. I called Sally Hansen for a refund, which they gave me.
