I wish you could attatch pictures to review because these look so great on my nails. I have tried nail polish strips and shieldsin just about every brand. This is my first set of this brand and I am a huge fan and will definitely be buying these again. I put them on yesterday and I have had so many compliments on them. They were easy to put on took about 15 minutes and really look great! The pattern really stands out and is so vibrant. I prefer these over the nail shields as the shields always get ridges on my nails. These lay flat just like real nail polish because they are real nail polish. The only downside to this is if you aren't careful with them, just like real nail polish, you can chip them, but other than that they look great.

I've only tried this one (the sparkly one) from this company. I liked it but was really hard to remove.

Love this product. I started doing my mother's nails on a regular basis last summer. I was frustrated that chips developed after only a few days. The CND shellac system lasted two weeks but I'm not artistic enough to create cool designs. We tried Jamberry shields after we saw them on co-workers. I found them much more difficult to apply. I could create salon perfect results with shellac but the Jamberry were always wrinkled at the edges. This created raised pieces that caught on hair and clothing. Anywhere with a wrinkle began peeling within 24 hours and even the nails with no wrinkles began peeling after just a few days. The Jamberry were also much thicker which created a thick "ridge" near the cuticle as the nail grew out. Watched videos and tried countless application tips but I just wasn't satisfied with the end result. So I searched online and discovered Incoco's website. I have to admit Jamberry has more designs that I love but I found plenty of great options with Incoco. They take about an hour to apply including nail prep with separate base/topcoat. If placed directly on the nail, you can peel them off and reposition as needed. They stick pretty firmly to my base coat and aren't repositionable so I have to aim right on the first try. Each purchase includes with two sheets of 8 double-ended strips. I have medium length nails and can do both hands and both feet with one sheet. You have to quickly reseal the unused ones but they still dry out once open and can only be saved for a few weeks before they get brittle. Most designs are very easy to remove although anything with glitter takes a bit more effort. They last 10-14 days before chipping. Crown Jewels was perfect for Easter while Stars & Stripes worked for July 4th and US Soccer matches. Ballerina Princess, Topaz Treasure, and Pink Parasol are a few everyday favorites. Diamondback Blue was OK but darker than expected. Pretty Thing wasn't as impressive in person.

I love the designs incoco offers, but every single product I have purchased are almost dried out, which makes them difficult to apply. I've even had to use nail glue to get them to stick. And you cannot keep unused one for later. They will crack in half. I'll stay with Essie and Sally Hansen. I get much more mileage out of those...

The product recommends that you test to see whether you're allergic to it by putting some on the inner fold of your elbow. Well I tested it and I seemed to have no reaction, so I went on with the process. Within the few minutes the instructions tell you to leave the creme on your face, the creme immediately turns your skin red. It stayed that way for more than a day, and I tried my best to cover up with makeup! That was terrible since it already felt really sensitive from the creme. The burning sensation lasts up to a day! Use another alternative to get rid of your hair!

This product did not work at all. I have used Sally Hansen Crème Hair Removal in the past and have been very pleased with the results. However, this did not work at all and after reading the instructions noticed a coupon that had an expiration date of 2006. This product was out of date and should never have been sold. I will never purchase from this company again.

It says to leave on for 3-4 minutes, however if you only leave on for that amount of time it will not remove all of the hair. I found it is best to leave it on for at least 7-10 minutes (that is if your skin isn't too sensative and can tolerate leaving it on a bit longer) I do like the cream that comes with it for after you remove the hair. It makes your skin soft and reduces the redness.

I found this at Big Lots! and figured I would give it a try. Both my mother and I have light, fine body hair and we applied the cream to our upper lip.

Neither of us had any negative reactions, no burning or redness (and we both have sensitive skin.)

The end result is basically the same as a salon wax but at very little cost and no redness!

I am one of those poor unfortunate women who can practically grow a full beard. Shaving gets ugly fast, plucking takes too long, and going to a salon all the time is pricey. I have tried quite a few different hair removal products at home and this one is my favorite. It's very affordable (each refill kit comes with two pots of wax, making each pot cost around 7.50 or 8 dollars). I've tried the heat in the microwave kits and some of those work well but can get really sticky. Some of those will wash off skin really well but can be difficult on other things like carpet, fabric, or even linoleum. Some of those microwave kits are not even easily washable off of skin, making leftover wax on the skin truly difficult to deal with and heaven help you if you get it on a porous surface.

So I will outline what I think are the pros and cons of this system:

Pros:

Works very well pulling out stubborn hair.

Comes with quite a few wooden sticks, more than I've ever needed.

Each pot comes with a lid and can be resealed between uses.

Once the wax has hardened it will come off of most surfaces by simply yanking it off.

Inexpensive compared to most other solutions.

Having used this system for over a year I can honestly say it has started thinning out my unwanted hair.

Cons:

Wax can take a while to heat. When a tub is full it can take forever to heat up (and I remove the rubber ring to make it go faster). By forever I mean an hour or more. When the tub gets smaller and after the wax has been heated once (even if it's nearly full still), it heats up much faster.

There is no "warm" setting. It's on or it's off so either it will continue to get hotter, burning you, or you turn it off and hope to go fast enough that it doesn't cool too much to not be used. The solution I found was to turn in on for a few moments and then off again. Not ideal though.

Overall great product. I've been using it for over a year now and because I am so satisfied I am not really looking for a new solution any time soon. Hope this helps!

I really like this product. It is very easy to use (you need the Sally Hansen Simple Spa wax warmer). Best of all, I don't need to mess with cloth strips.

I find that if I use latex gloves I don't even need an applicator. I just dip my fingers in the warmed wax and use them. It is much easier to do detail work, such as eyebrows, that way.

When this product came out (the warmer/wax kit) i was skeptical; in the past i had tried similar products and was disappointed. HOwever, i bought the wax warmer from Sally Hansen and was amazed at how similar it was to my spa experience. Granted i have been going to the spa for waxing for a long time, so i had absorbed techniques of using the wax, but the results were amazing. My only comment would be to be patient when warming the wax: the instructions say warm for 20 minutes; i find that it is double that. It should be easy to stir/scoop the wax when you use it if not, let it heat more. Also follow the tips in the instructions.

Regardless i was so happy with it that i went ahead and bought these refills for it as i expect to continue to use this kit to stretch out my visits to the spa for waxing.

I'm hooked on this product, have been using for just over a year. For some reason it has been difficult to find the refills at the stores now so I order several at a time. Some helpful advice: the black rubber ring around the tins is made to keep them from making direct contact with the heating surface. Down side is, it takes forever to heat the wax especially if it's a new tin. I take the ring off on just keep an eye on the wax checking in regularly and stirring it. Once it's melted enough I turn the heat off and turn it back on if I need to. It's really easier than it sounds, not as time consuming, melts the wax well and quickly. Hope this helped and enjoy smooth skin.

I have been using this product for years, and live it. However, it seems the drug stores around me have stopped selling itso I was forced to resort to amazon and pay a higher price. Still worth it.

I have chronically dry lipslike cracking dry. I use this at night (or sometimes even in the day)and it works miraculously. Immediately you can feel the moistureand when you wake upno signs of cracked, dry lips.

I highly recommend this product!

I was disappointed when it was discontinued from my local store, My husband and I live in Nevada and it's so dry here and you do get very dry lips, I don't care for the greasy sticks. After using Sally Hanson Overnight Lip Recovery the first night, You actually wake up with lovely soft moisturized lips, I use it at night just before getting into bed (best time) The Best Lip moisturizer around! I Love it!
