I love a nicely manicured nail, but I simply do not have the time to sit in a salon every 10 days to get one. Not to mention, as much as I love all things "girly", I am a rare exception that would prefer to skip the steps it takes to get there. Manicures are boring. Grooming my hands/nails myself always allowed me to sit in the comfort of my own home and watch tv or read while I waited for them to dry. With that said, I am also rather impatient at times and find nail polish dryiing time to take forever!

I bought these thinking they'd be fun. These are awesome! They go on pretty easily, although I did have to waste a few to get the hang of it. Once they're on, they look like a professional manicure as long as your nails are shaped well before hand. I always buff my nails and wipe them with nail polish remover right before application to make sure these lay flat and smooth. I can get 2-3 uses out of a box as I keep my nails a medium length, so I can use strip twice (half on one hand, half on the other). These last 7-10 days for me despite cleaning, typing, etc.

I wish there were more plain colors without the design, but the plain colors I've bought do look nice. I really can't say how much I love these. Quick, easy, pretty and long-lasting. Awesome.

I'd purchased this product from Walgreens before and loved it. This product must have been old.

It would not peel and stick. What a waste of money!

I was skeptical that these would look as good as real nail polish, but I had to try them to see for sure. Wow, was I wrong! They are a little tricky to apply, but once they are on, they look, feel, and even smell like a real manicure! I am able to get 2 full applications out of 1 box. I cannot wear real nail polish, because it ruins my nails. Hopefully, this product won't ruin them, since it's more like applying a plastic band-aid to the nail. After 3 days, my nails still look fabulous! Love the color of this one, "Plum-Met"!

I really like the polish strips. They are relatively easy and much cheaper than going to the salon. On average I get a week or a bit over before i Have to change but they come off relatively easy with acetone.

I've been using nail white pencils for the past 15 years just to even out the line between my nail plate and free edge. They work wonderfully if you sharpen them and wet juuuust the tip in a drop of water. It does wash off after several handwashings, but as needed reapplication is quick and easy! This, along with a fresh filing and a coat of clear, makes my nails look acrylic-perfect without the damage!!

I have ordered (on purpose) this pencil on three separate occasions. No matter how carefully I sharpen it and apply it to nails, the pencil reduces to talc and does not dutifully do one nail well. I will not order a fourth!

If you have been looking for the Revlon nail whitening pencil, do not buy the Sally Hansen version. It doesn't sharpen well; it breaks off every time I get it to a point sharp enough to work. Very frustrating. Unfortunately, it looks like Revlon has discontinued their version.

But I do have good news: I took a chance and ordered the "Flowery" brand from Amazon, and it is harder material and easy to sharpen, works just like the Revlon and seems like it will last a long time.

Purchased several at one time and not one will hold a point. Sharpen and break . . . sharpen and break. No matter how easy you are they break. A pencil a week is a little too expensive. Other brands have held up with sharp points these will not! Once a bad pencil but after several, a bad product.

I was sorry to see my walgreens stopped carrying these! My nails get compliments they are so white. The previous reviewer was maybe not wetting the tip per instructions. That allows you to gently glide the pencil under the nails so the tip doesn't break.

I put this on as a top coat to protect my nails from chipping. My nail polish is still going strong and its been about a month. There is just one tiny little chip but that is it after that long of time!!!! My nails still have that shiny wet look like i just painted them too!!!!!!!!! I love this product and will always purchase it. Extremely affordable too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like this product because it is more flexible than other base/top coats that I've used. I have thin nails that flex a lot. Usually manicures last 1 to 1 1/2 days as the polish flakes/chips off as my nail flexes. Washing my hands, dishes or showering makes my nails even more flexible. This isn't perfect, but is better than anything else I've found. It did get thicker when about half gone, but I added non acetone remover with good results.

I love this color, Grey Area #330, but the picture on this item (at the time of this review) is a magenta color, and Grey Area is a kind of charcoal grey with a tiny cast of purple in certain lights. The bottle color looks slightly lighter than when it dries on the nails. It is super glossy and when applying, it is pretty thick, I only need one coat.

Cheap La Cross Exacta Tweeze Tapered Slant

I had one for years but then it suddenly stopped working for me, guess it got bent or something. I could not find it in stores so I ordered one online. Unfortunately the grip isn't the same. Though it still is OK but once you have had the perfect one it is difficult to imagine why all the products from same model are so different...Can't use it much. I shall not recommend it to anyone.

I gave this one star because although it does dry quickly, the color chipped on six of my nails in just one day! So the fact that it dried quickly didn't matter since I have to paint them all again!

Too bad because it has a nice brush which applies smoothly.

This product amazes me. It makes it possible to get my nails painted before the kids need me. Also great for painting squirmy little baby toes that don't hold still. BUT, the coats aren't great. I have to use a lot or its so thin you can see ghrough it spots. The. Is looks gloopy by my cuticle. My solution? I use a coat of the crinkly black Instadri polish so that its harder to tell its not perfect.

Bottom line:

Would I pick this over everything else? No, but it helps me from having only one hand painted and helps with painting kiddo toes.

Would I buy it again? Sure would, I have a bunch of colors!

I have been using these strip for sometime and love them. They last so much longer than regular manicures. I do agree that they don't seem to last as long as they used to. I also have noticed they separate from the backing when you pull the clear cover off. Could be they are old and have lost there freshness. Still would recommend. I'd like to see more variety in colors.

I love these nail strips. I actually use them with the solar top and solar light from the Sally Hansen solar strip kit and these work fine with it. I coordinate the solids with a fun pattern on alternating nails and they are fun and funky. I get about 7 or 8 days of use before changing which is better than regular nail polish gives me.

These are a great fast fix. Easy and quick to apply but don't expect them to last more than five to seven days. They start to get chips on the tips.
