My hands get so dry that the skin seems stretched and tight. I was looking for a hand cream and had tried everything-either the preparations were too light and didn't moisturize enough or they left my hands feeling greasy. This preparation has the perfect balance. It moisturizes but does not leave a heavy residue. It leaves a nice protective layer that keeps the skin moist and hydrated. My only quibble is it has a very faint chemical smell--my friend says it smells like plastic baby doll heads. This disappears after a few minutes. Definitely a must-have!

This is the only product I have tried that helps my peeling hands. I have had prescription medications as well and none work. Then I found this product, its the best by far and my hands look so much better.

Hard As Wraps isn't cheap I get it on sale at my local drugstore, CVS, or Rite-Aid. But it works like a charm. I use OPI's Nail Envy Maintenance as a base coat (one or two coats) and this as the "polish" coat. I finish up with Seche Vite top coat, which hardens and quickly dries the whole manicure. Hard As Wraps is thick and gel-like, really protecting your nails from the elements of daily life, like dishwashing, cleaning, and housework. I won't use anything else as my "polish" coat. This comes in many different colors, but I use the clear because I don't like drawing extra attention to my nails. Don't be fooled either, the color on this is "Clear/Top Coat". If you don't use a quick-dry top coat on top of Hard As Wraps, it will smudge and ding if you do anything before it dries in 30-60 minutes' time. But if you use a quick-dry topcoat, you're good to go after 2 minutes.

Definitely do not shake the bottle roll it slowly between your palms. If you shake it, your manicure will dry with tiny bubbles in it.

I have very weak nails, and no real success in getting stronger nails until I tried this product. After a few weeks of applying two coats, and removing and reapplying every three days, I can tell a difference. I do keep my nails clipped short, which is helpful.

I LOVE this product. I used 2 layers of polish, a layer of hard as wraps, quick dry, another coat of hard as wraps, and quick dry. It had been 5 days, and NO CHIPS. It is slightly wearing off at the tips of the nails, but not chipping so its isn't noticeable. My nails usually chip after a day, no matter what I do. Over the days it had been through showers, several sinks full of dishes, baths for the kids, 2 kickboxing classes wearing boxing gloves (that usually results in chips and/or breaks)and other day to day stuff, I really put it through its paces. The only problem is that I don't like the color I used, but since its not chipped, I dont want to remove it, so make sure you like your color before applying this amazing topcoat!!!!

My nails are natural so they split & crack. It was the first time I'd tried this product so buying it on here for less than instore seemed the right move. This product does help but for me drying time is a must. This just took longer than I like. Would recommend to anyone not in a time crunch.

Super thick formula that kept my nail color and design in tact for a while but half way through the bottle it became gloppy and inconsistent and took forever to dry. the coats were not great. Maybe this needs a thinner formula because i need a polish to not clump up because I have longer nails.

I had contacted Sally Hansen about this product and they emailed me saying they discontinued it and there were none available in the warehouse. I was very disappointed as this bronzer is the shade of my face and I always received compliments whenever it was worn. Well, to the rescue was amazon with a speedy delivery. I absolutely love this stuff! It goes on pretty sheer so you can easily build it up. I love the color, I have really light skin and a lot of the time bronzer just looks like dirt on my face, but this bronzer is amazing. I love it, I'll never buy any other bronzer. EVER!!

My nails were brittle, ridged and they broke, peeled and split easily. Now they are stronger, longer and the splits are mended. This product works best on filling in the ridges where the splits are most likely to occur.

I remove and reapply every other day because you can see the new growth near the cuticle that doesn't have the shine of the age correct growth.

I can wear this alone as a clear nail polish or apply color over top.

I have been using this product for YEARS. I had decent nails to begin with, but using this polish twice a month makes them crazy strong, healthy and also makes them grow like weeds! I have to constantly file them nowbut I'm NOY complaining! I LOVE this product! If you have any kind of problem nails at all try this product;. Just skip all the other brands and products and go straight for this one. My only complaintI can't find it in stores anywhere anymore; which makes me think that they are discontinueing it. Does anyone know if that's true? I sure hope not! I rely on this stuff; it's wonderful!

I have one particular nail that has a tendency to split from way down, and this product is the ONLY thing that seems to correct it. the line just disappears after a couple of uses and the nail becomes normal. If I don't use it then on occasion the split comes back. I'm very upset that they took it off the market and thank goodness for Amazon to find some for me.

I use the Cut it Out design and get compliments constantly from friends, neighbors, family, total strangers. Mine don't quite last 10 days but I work with dogs so my nails are getting nipped a lot. The key to application is stretching the strip over the top of the nail once it is adhered at the base of the nail. The first time I tried to put these on I didn't do that and they didn't last a day. Something about stretching them slightly makes them stick to the top part of the nail and will last longer. I tried to save the leftover strips to do a touch up on a few nails after about a week, but once the package is open the stickiness goes away. Still, a great look for the price and it's easier to do every time you do it.

These are really cute. They work pretty well but didn't last as long as the box says it will, even after I applied a top coat to protect it. I also don't like that once you've opened a set, whatever ones you did not use in the set will not be good the next time you go to use them. I'm going to see if covering the package up will help prevent them from hardening and becoming useless. Hopefully it helps... Other than that, they are really cute and I've gotten quiet a few comments about how cute my nails are.

I had a slightly difficult time applying the nails, but I think it is because I hadn't tried them out before. Once I got them on though I received a compliment at least once every public outing! Mine lasted looking great for about 5-6 days. Then they still looked fine, but I noticed the imperfections. Getting them off though is a pain, but that could be because I have cheap nail polish remover. You have to rub really hard and long to get them off with cheap nail polish remover. All in all though I prefer this over fake nails (because fake nails hurt if I bump them) and painting my nails (because painted nails chip within a day).

From the moment I saw these I wanted to try them. I have been plagued with nails that peel and could never do a decent manicure at home, but didn't want to spend a fortune at a salon.

I have tried Love Letters and Girl Flower and they are FANTASTIC.

First of all, the Salon Effects themselves almost act as a strengther/band-aid for weak nails. Then they are so easy to put on that you wish you had been doing this for YEARS!

One reviewer wrote that her polish started chipping after a few days...just put on a top coat and refresh it every few days.

Both my Love Letters manicure and Girl Flower lasted for 2 weeks each. I had to finally take off the polish simply because they had grown too far from the cuticle.

The only down side is that you will need to spend a lot more time removing the polish than with regular nail polish.

IT IS WORTH IT!

I read the reviews before I bought this item and thought this sounded great. I couldn't decide if I should buy it because the price was a little much. I ended up getting it and hating it! It burned my legs and didn't get rid of the hairs at all. I decided to just shave the hairs and this stuff made that the most painful experience ever. The bottle was all nasty when I got it too. It had yellow all around it like it was from ten years ago and the label sticker looked aged. I hated this product and I am really mad I wasted my money on it.

I have tried many hair removers. Some are so strong they burn immediately. This one I can leave on for about 5 minutes before it starts to burn, this thing does its job. I have VERY thick hair and this works. Amazon is the only place I can buy it at. The stores don't carry it anymore...Not sure why. I ordered the last 3 in stock about a year ago and I better order more before they sell out again.

I LOVE THIS COLOR! Yes, you do have to have more than 1 coat on for it to look good, but that isn't a reason not to buy this product. The color is amazing! I will upload a picture of the color so y'all can see how great it looks. I put a top coat of Sinful ColorsAll About You over it and on the ring finger I put Milani Silver Dazzle and then I put SCAAY over that.

Yellow is a relatively difficult polish to work with no matter the brand. I used a pure white base and only needed 1-2 coats for the yellow to be opaque. It went about 3 days without chipping. I love the color, it dries quickly, and for the price 3 days is a long time to last.

I have seen this polish before in Walmart but did not get it because I didn't know how to really use this color or how it would look over other colors. However, today I was walking around Dollar General and I saw this color again and instantly thought, this would be nice over my China Glaze Platinum Silver so I purchased it. I read the two reviews on here about there not being enough of the dark glitter on the brush and I have to agree and disagree. If you are following the three stroke rule for nail polish then you may not get more than one or two pieces of the darker glitter on your nail. However, as someone who uses Deborah Lippmann glitter nail polish I know there is a certain style you have to use to achieve the look you want. I took my time and applied this polish twice over the Platinum Silver and I was able to apply 13 darker glitter pieces per nail. Precision and patience is your best friend here. It really does look gorgeous and I am glad I finally purchased. I can't wait to see what this looks like over black, where the three stroke rule would apply because you want more of the lighter glitter than dark. Highly recommend for those who understand the art of applying a polish like this but look elsewhere if patience is not a virtue you possess and would rather use the three swipe rule and not work to achieve the look you want. 5 stars all the way from me and I will be buying another bottle to stash away.

Based off the picture, you would think this polish would be super densely packed with glitter, and when you look at it in real life it does look like that. However it is more so watery and the glitter does not go on the nail very well, and those hexagonal blue pieces? Forget it. 2 coats later and I have a total of 13 pieces on my nails. So if you like super glittery polish, I'd say keep looking. However you can't beat the price if you just want a slightly glimmery polish, also would make a nice twinkly topcoat

Although it looks like there is lots of dark glitter in the bottle, when you paint your nails you may only get one piece of dark glitter per coat...sometimes none. I put 6 coats on and on some nails only had 2 pieces of dark glitter.

Less than 12 hours with my 3 coats PLUS a top coat, and 6/10 fingernails are already completely chipped. Wtf. Srsly. It was *already* disappointing as I was putting it on and it was watery and crappy with little to no big pieces of glitter, but this chipping is the absolute last straw. Even if I could find a friend dumb enough to take this nail polish from me, I wouldn't do that to her. Maybe there's an enemy I can surreptitiously foist it off onto. Sally, you're on my sh*+ list.
