I LOVE THIS COLOR! Yes, you do have to have more than 1 coat on for it to look good, but that isn't a reason not to buy this product. The color is amazing! I will upload a picture of the color so y'all can see how great it looks. I put a top coat of Sinful ColorsAll About You over it and on the ring finger I put Milani Silver Dazzle and then I put SCAAY over that.

Mellow Yellow is streaky, requires 3-4 coats to become completely opaque, and takes an excessively long time to dry. The end result color is a pretty pastel yellow, though, and worth keeping just for that shade.

Bad coverage, chips on the next (!!!) day. Didn't expect such poor quality from Sally Hansen. The only advantage really bright summerish yellow color (that lasts one day).

Yellow is a relatively difficult polish to work with no matter the brand. I used a pure white base and only needed 1-2 coats for the yellow to be opaque. It went about 3 days without chipping. I love the color, it dries quickly, and for the price 3 days is a long time to last.
