I bought this duo to keep at work for those super-duper late days. I now keep these two in my purse and at home. LOL. I love it that much! The liner is soooo very smooth going on. The mascara wand took a little getting used to but now I really like it. It really makes my lashes stand out. I've out it on my Amazon Wish List so I don't lose it. If I could schedule regular shipments every 3-months I would.

I used to be a big M.A.C. kohl liner fiend but this liner is moother. I have no problems at all with it coming off. I still use MAC Paints Eye Shadow nothing beats those babies!

After years of peeling, splitting nails and having tried several other products, I started using Nailtiques. My results have been amazing. No more soft, peeling nails. I've been able to grow my nails out and hallelujah, be able to paint them. I'm very impressed and would recommend this product to anyone experiencing the same type of problem nails.

I could not have long nails growing up they would split and peel. When acyrlics became available I was thrilled...I wore them for 11 years. After my granddaughter was born I stopped wearing them because I would poke her and there was no give.

MY nails were very thin. I found this product, had never heard of it before, tried it and for the 1st time in my life, at the age of 51, I had my own healthy strong nails. I've just begun using it again at the age of 62, because something must be amiss and my nails began splitting again........since I've been using it again, I am happy to say, they have stopped splitting.

I highly recommend this product for people with problem nails.

My nails have always grown fast and I tended to keep them long. But, I like them to be neat and even. So, if one broke, I would trim them all. Nailtique keeps them so healthy and strong that it is very rare for them to break now. In fact, my biggest struggle now is keeping them from getting too long! I make sure to always have a bottle of nailtique and always about three coats on my nails. I absolutely love this product. I receive many compliements on my nails and people are amazed that they are my natural nails.

Honest reviews on Nailtiques Nail Protein Formula 2

I've been using Nailtiques Formula 2 for at least 10 years. It really does strengthen weak, peeling and/or splitting nails. For even better results, use it with Biotin.

The only thing I don't like is that when the bottle is almost empty, the liquid becomes very thick and it peels off my nails a lot faster than when it is a fresh bottle. It's also kind of difficult to get the last bit of the formula out, which I want to do because it's expensive!

I've used Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs for several years. It keeps improving. Since I have less than perfect skin, I really rely on this product to be able to wear skirts and shorts in the summer. I even wear it with my swimsuit! It stays on, even after I put sunscreen on. It isn't perfect, but it is the best product I've found for my use.

I hate this product. It's so watery and you have to apply 2-3 coats to get a good color. It's really frustrating. I will for sure not recommend this to anyone I know.

In spite of the fact that the deeper purples and blues are not always my cup of tea, and I typically go a little bit higher end on the brand, this caught my eye in the store and I grabbed a bottle. So glad I did because I truly love it! I used three coats (although a careful application could potentially do it in two) and it looked exactly like it does in the bottle, which is a gorgeous deep violet with an iridescent blue on the surface. This polish almost seems to glow from within, and I've gotten several compliments in as many days! It does dry quickly, although I don't know about the whole "one minute" thing, let's just say it's close enough to satisfy me. I put a coat of Seche Vite (fast drying top coat) on top and 3 days later still no chips. If you aren't into top coats, you could easily go without it on this one because it looks great on it's own. I didn't buy mine online, got it at my local drugstore, and I think it was about a dollar less than they are offering it here.

I get tons of complements on this color. Depending on the light, it appears to be either blue or purple. I've always found Sally Hansen to be a durable brand, as well.

My only issue is that the brush and polish are both very thick. This may be due to the fact that it's Insta-Dri and not regular polish? So it's a little more of a hassle to apply, but I'll leave it at five stars because it's so beautiful, durable, and because the consistency is probably due to the type and not a defect. I will definitely buy this again.

I love the colors of this. At some angles it looks blue, and at others it looks purple. I always get lots of complements when I wear this polish. It is a good opaque tint, so you don't need to polish layer after layer to get it solid. Fast drying is just an extra perk! Worth every penny.

Honest reviews on Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color, Grape Going, 0.31 Fluid

I really like this polish but I give it 4 stars for the price as I found it at my local grocery store for about half as much. It wasn't worth sending back so I just kept it. The color is very pretty and the dry time seemed pretty quick to me. I bought three more bottles in different colors after using this!

Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Polish Review

"It's magnetic? WHOA!"

I was awestruck when I first heard about Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Polish. I ran a search for photos of it on Tumblr, and it looked amazing. All the pictures featured a beautiful, swirley line pattern horizontally across the nails.

Not only was the look appealing, but what caused it seemed downright cool! Apparently, the polish contains magnetic particles that move around to form that design when you put a magnet over it (when it's still wet).

So I set out to get me some of this revolutionary nail polish!

Here's everything I liked and disliked about the product, from the color and price to the final design and more.

Color Variety

The Magnetic Nail Polish comes in eight colors: Golden Conduct, Purple Potion, Silver Elements, Kinetic Copper, Red-y Response, Ionic Indigo, Electric Emerald, and Graphite Gravy.

Eight colors is quite a variety. Can you think of any other colors you'd like to see included in that collection? I sure couldn't. Plus, they all seem to be bold and vibrant colors. I wanted them all!

After much time was spent trying to pick a color, I eventually settled on green. It is my favorite color, and green goes with a lot of the clothing I own. It's the only color I've tried so far.

Pricing

I wasn't too psyched about the pricing. At my local Target, they're $8.99 each. I normally would NOT pay this much for nail polish (or just about any other beauty product, for that matter), but I really was dying to try this particular one. So I got it, anyway.

How does it look?

When I took it home and tried it, I was so excited! I followed all of the instructions very carefully. Here's what the process calls for:

1. Apply a clear base coat on all your nails. Let dry.
2. Apply first coat of magnetic nail polish on all your nails, let dry.
3. Apply another coat of magnetic nail polish to one nail (Tip: make sure this one's thick. The thicker it is, the better the design shows up).
4. Immediately after applying the second coat, place the magnet over your nail. Hold it there for 10 seconds (moving it around a little to make sure it covers your whole nail).
5. Repeat for all the rest of your nails. Let dry.
6. Apply a final clear coat on top.

I took pictures of every step, which are on the right. I also took a video of the step involving the magnet, just to give everyone a clear idea of what is required.

What you see in the pictures is my second try. The first time, the design appeared as just this messy, dark line across my nails. Even the second time around, I had to redo several of my nails because the design came out a complete mess. If you didn't know what kind of nail polish it was, you would think I had done a really bad job painting my nails. It looked like the color was badly uneven on my nails.

After several re-dos and a lot of time spent, I finally got my nails to look how they do in the picture on the right (The last thumbnail labeled "End result"). You can see the stripes going horizontally across my nails. When the light hits them, the stripes have almost a 3D effect. I have to admit that after all was said and done, it was pretty cool. I just had to go through way too much trouble to get there!

The Final Verdict

I give this product three out of five stars. The idea of it is really cool, and the design looks awesome, but it's just too difficult to make it look like it's supposed to. What I'm trying to say is, the results are not at all consistent. On one nail you might get a perfect design, on another you might get just a blob of dark color that looks awful, and on another you might get absolutely nothing.

Even if you can get the design looking great on the first try, it's still very time consuming, having to apply the magnet to each individual nail. Not to mention the time you will likely have to spend re-doing the nails that don't come out so great.

I will never buy this product again. To me, it's just too much trouble, and it's extremely frustrating. It's certainly not worth nine dollars. Honestly, I wouldn't even buy it again for half that. But hey, if you have the money to spend and a whole lot of patience, have at it.

While I'm very disappointed, I'm glad I gave it a try.
