Anyways... After years of using Sally Hansen's beauty products I wanted to give this a try. I have used Sally Hansen's wax strips and the creme hair remover and liked them both. So I received this in the mail last week and I immediately wanted to give it a try. I open the box to find the wax container, some eyebrow stickers, a wax "spatula", the after-care oil, and instructions. So I read the instructions and it says to put the wax into the microwave for 30 seconds on medium. Well, lets just say that didn't work and I had to do this again 10 times.. So.. It took 5 minutes to get the wax from the solid form to the "waxy" form. It was a bit disappointing but I didn't let me bother me too much because I do in fact have an older microwave. So, the next step was to apply the wax onto your freshly clean skin (where ever you may want to apply iteyebrow area, lip, etc.) so I apply it to my lip and my eyebrows. Then I decide to leave it on to cool and harden a tad bit before I pull it off. I pull it off of my lip (not too fast and not too slow) and immediately my lip starts to hurt. It ripped some of my skin off. That was VERY disappointing. Not to mention, the wax got on my fingernails which, by the way, had a fresh coat of nail polish on them.. Yeah, my nails were ruined, I had to take the polish off and redo them. Anyways, I didn't like this product at all. The eyebrow stickers had way too much of an arch and aren't really usable, the wax smells like tree sap and is way too sticky even after it "hardens", the oil burns my sensitive skin, and I was actually disappointed in how tiny the bottle was for both the wax and the oil. I kept myself in high spirits until everything went all wrong. I hope others have better luck with this product but I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Also, if you do buy this product and your skin is ripped off from it, I found that putting neosporin on the area will keep it from scabbing up.

This stuff worked extremely well...no irritation, still smooth a week later. I made the mistake of buying NAIR wax because it came in a much,much larger container for about same price, but it was a total waste of money. I have to stock up on the Sally Hansen!

I purchased the Incoco french manicure strips in both First Love and Fairy Dust for my sister's wedding, and we were thrilled with how easy they were to apply, how they looked, and how long they lasted. We did our nails two days before the wedding (which was extremely DIY and had us doing tons of hauling and decorating), and they were still perfect on the actual wedding day. I wore mine for a total of 6 days, and my sister just told me that hers lasted two weeks she didn't have to remove them until after she got back from her honeymoon! I never go to nail salons unless I have a special occasion, and even then, I always worry about the cleanliness of the tools (heard too many horror stories about manicure-induced infections), and besides, it costs $25 for a french manicure that looks good for 3 days tops. I only paid $9 per set with these, they lasted much longer, and application took far less time than a trip to the nail salon and back. Will be buying these again and again!!!

First time using any kind of adhesive nail product. I first watched a YouTube video where the narrator obviously had plenty of experience. My expectation after seeing the video was that it would be lightning fast and super easy. Wellit wasn't difficult, but it took a bit longer than I anticipated. And I was able to use one nail piece for at least 2 nails because I have relatively small hands and short nails. I found it difficult to get a clean break using the file; it left a jagged edge. It was easier using my nails or the wooden cuticle stick to remove the extra adhesive. You have the option of wearing the peachy film under the white, over the white or not using it however if you wear it under the white tips, or forego it, you will need to apply a clear coat. Since my reason for trying this out was to avoid the dry time, I wore the peachy film over the white tips. The result looked very nice and no one could tell it was adhesive. It actually stays on for more than 14 days and if you just apply the white tips with clear coatyou could probably pull it off with just some nail trimming. This product also comes with foil sticker to reseal the remaining un-used adhesive nails so that they don't dry out.

I read many positive reviews, and watched a demonstration video before purchasing the Incoco French manicure polish strips. From what I had read and observed, it seemed fairly simple to apply these strips and achieve the look of a professional french manicure.

Unfortunately, the strips did not meet my expectations. First of all, it takes a bit of time to peel and apply the white tips, and then the top coat strips to all ten nails. It can be tricky peeling the polish strips away from the backing; one of them slipped out of my hand, I dropped it on the floor and picked it up as quickly as possible. Luckily I was able to use it, because it was the only size that would work on my pinky finger.

My biggest complaint with these is that they did not stick as well as they should have, and I have visible wrinkles on both thumbs and several fingers. If you look at them up close, they just don't look right. There are tiny wrinkles near the cuticle, and I did everything possible to press them in place, but could not make them smooth.

I am giving these a 3 star rating, only because they look pretty good from a normal distance. But I don't plan to purchase these again. I'm thinking that if I tried a darker, solid color or one with a pattern, the wrinkles might not be as visible as with the french manicure color.

It smells nail polish when opening. I think it is good. Nails look like with nail polish. Easy and convenient to use, no need to wait until it dries. It takes me about 15 min! Easy and... You are ready! This is a great advantage when you have small children.

Looks almost like a conventional nail Polish.

I did my home works and It had started to fly around on the first day. If additional strips are in your way, the situation recovers easily. And your manicure is beautiful again!!!

This has been my daughter's favorite hand cream for years. We have not been able to find it at any store, either in Virginia, my home or Texas, her home. She had mentioned to me that she sure would love to have this product since it is the best hand and cuticle cream she has ever used. Well, I went online and found it at Amazon and sent her a gift of three tubes. She was thrilled and surprised to receive it. Now, her hands finally feel nice and smooth again and her cuticles look great. This is a great product. When she runs out, I will know where to find it again.

I worked as a nurse inpatient for 10 years and, like most "floor" nurses, had chronically chapped hands and rough cuticles from all the handwashing.

This cream was the best I found and fit in my scrub jacket's large pockets although the tube is not that small.

I find it works best if one massages it around the cuticles themselves as well as the hands while applying it since it softens them both.

It absorbs fairly well but I usually wipe my hand on a towel after its application as I have a "thing" about having lotion on my hands.

The cream also has a pleasant orange scent.

This is a great hand cream, especially for the price. It leaves hands and cuticles soft. It smells good and the 3.5 oz is a good size. I live in Utah and our dry, cold winters can be brutal on the skin. I've tried Philosophy, Clinque, L'Occitane, Jergens (the worst) and Vaseline. The Sally Hansen Radiant Hand Creme was the best price and the best product.

My girl friend introduced this polish to me, she was wearing #160 Shall We Dance & I thought it looked nice as I like simple shades. I love the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure line of polishes. The colors are bold and polish dries smoothly. The brush has a wide flat shape which works so much better than the traditional round shaped nail polish brush. The polish wears well and is very chip resistant. I made this video so one could get a better idea of what the colors actually looked like. Each of the polishes shown in the video were done with 2 coats of polish and a single coat of clear coat on top. I actually painted my nails and then made dinner and filled the dishwasher before I got a chance to take the pictures for this video. So the pictures are a realistic idea of what the colors and polish looks like when you only have 15-20 minutes to do your nails between doing things. The colors listed in the video are:

Back to the Fuchsia I would say a very bubble gum pink color. Just wearing it reminds me of candy.

Grass Slipper Lime green. Soft, not as hard as a neon green, but still bright.

Purple Pulse Traditional medium/dark purple. No plum undertones.

Navy Baby Deep dark blue. The last color blue before black.

Raisin the Bar A mauve/pink color. Extremely feminine and perfect for fall.

Haute Chocolate: Warm brown color with reddish undertones. Also perfect for fall.

Wow, can't believe I am writing a review for nail polish, but dang...I am a believer!!!!I have tried all kinds of polish, from Chanel to Opi to Mac to Zoya and all kinds of cheap stuff..but this is absolutely the first time, I went " OOH!" when I polished.

I am usually a horrible nail polisher, but this stuff is almost idiot proof! The brush is a fabulous shape that makes it easy to apply perfectly. It dries so quickly and it doesn't get gummy if you apply a thick amount..It looks gorgeous. and after a few days when the shine pales...I put a coat of clear.....I am throwing everything else out and this is my new go to... LOVE IT!!!!

I love this color. It's sophisticated and pretty. It covers very well and has a ice finish. Very happy with this product. I'm a fan of the "Complete Salon Manicure" line because of the convenient wide brush.

Oh, I didn't always use a clear top coat on my polishes because I didn't used to care as much about chipping. I like this color so much that I always use a clear top coat because I want it to last as long as possible. :)

This nail polish goes on great, is really easy to apply, and is a great color. So for the price it's not bad polish. HOWEVER the problem is that this is supposed to be a 'complete salon manicure', which it's not! Without a base coat it WILL stain your nails yellow. Also it chips without a top coat! Granted I only have a small chip so far but it's only the first day! I'm not saying don't buy this polish but be aware that for the price it's not what it promises. If you can find a similar color in their cheaper line I'd go with that.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in a shade of the Sally Hansen Salon Effects. The picture shows multicolors. I can only see the top one in each package and they are one color with a small amount of color change along the edge, not the end. I won't know until I open them if all are the same, but this one has no variation in color. I even paid more for these than any others I have ordered because of the color shown. Definitely will not order more of this shade. The color design on the side of the box shows the variation of color but the picture on the back of the box is one color.

When i received the stickers the rainbow effect goes from side to side instead of top to bottom so it wasnt what i was expecting. There still cute just not as cute as they should have been. I Also didnt know that each nail was a different color.

The Sally Hansen polish strips are great. They take a bit of time to apply (about an hour) but once they are on, I top them with a clear coat and they last for two weeks. I wore them on the beach, in and out of the ocean, for 10 days and they looked freshly applied.

That's the problem with buying nail polish online unless you are reordering

a favorite color, it is a roll of the dice as to what you will really get.

It isn't a fault of the seller monitors display different colors all the time.

The color is a nice deep pink. However, I would not really classify this one as a frost.

I guess it is a little lighter than a plain color, but it isn't even close to the pearly look

of many of my frost polishes.

The polish itself went on smoothly, and has lasted very well.

I didn't do a formal manicure I just popped it on to see what it would look like with

my skin tone (fairly pale white chick with blue undertones). It looks really good.

I have a fuchsia colored t-shirt, and when I put my hands up against the shirt, the nail

polish almost looks like a match! It definitely coordinates well with it.

I probably would not buy this one again on purpose, but simply because I like a bigger frost

appearance than this one gives I would call this more of a pearlized finish than a frost, but

it could be just semantics.

The quality is standard Sally Hansen, and I have zero problems with that.

The tips have chipped a bit after a week of wear and daily typing, but that's pretty good,

since I didn't put any type of sealer coat on it just this polish.

This polish goes on well and stays on for about 7-9 days too. I would recommend it to anyone. Use a cover coat to really seal it.

These nail wraps are the best. If you follow the directions and are half way coordinated with your hands, they'll be easy to apply. I have never done the last step they recommend which is cleaning your nails one last time with nail polish remover. I just make sure I've washed my hands/nails real good with dish detergent. The cost is a bit high but considering how long they stay on your nails, it's okay. They don't chip or peel off. I do gardening and wash dishes by hand and they don't get damaged at all. My nails actually outgrow the wrap with the wrap fully intact. The only one negative is they don't come off easily with nail polish remover, which they recommend you use. But I guess what stays on your nails a long time, won't come off as easily.

Okay, I'm a bit of a dope and applied this incorrectly (despite reading the instructions at least 3 times). Somehow, it still came out looking great though hooray! The only real problem I encountered was trying to fold it over the end of my nail. It turned out the clear piece was still attached, so I'm guessing that was the issue. Did I mention I'm kind of dopey? In any case, it all worked out, and even though I only applied to 1 nail, I'm totally enamored! It does smell vaguely of nail polish, but not strongly at all and it's SO beautiful! I love purple and pink, so this combo was great. I would definitely purchase these again!

I also like Sally Hansen Salon Effects, however, Incoco's line of color is sophisticated and massive. Sally Hansen caters to a younger crowd and offers very little in solid colors. Incoco needs to find a way into the big box stores.

Cheap 54 WATT ROYAL NAILS PROFESSIONAL UV LIGHT GEL AND ACRILIC NAIL

I had a formal event that I had to attend unexpectedly, and my nails were NOT in good shape for it. I went to a nail salon that my friend recommended and got a set of gel nails. The nails looked great, and I was thrilled with the way mine were able to finally grow out with the extra strength the gel adds, but knew I would not keep them up at a cost of $40 every couple weeks.

I googled the name of the polish the salon used (Gelish), and saw the products were available online. I then started reading reviews for the UV lights, and this one had great reviews. I decided to pull the trigger and buy the lamp and gels and try them myself at home. I am NOT a nail tech, have absolutely no formal training, but am pretty handy at figuring things out. The lamp arrived, I watched a couple of youtube videos of how to apply the gels, and jumped in. I AM THRILLED WITH MY RESULTS!!!!!! This UV light is awesome!!!! It is big enough to fit both hands in at once, has several "timer" options for how long you want the light to run, and also has a fan you can turn on at the same time. It looks great, seems solidly made, and I kid you not, my nails looked just as good as when I left the salon my first time! I was so excited with how they looked that I had to go show my husband and teenage sons as well : )

A few things I'd point out, they might be obvious to a professional, but for the other newbies like me, here they are:

-The bottom of the dryer swings open for ease in inserting the bulbs and removing the blue film. I didn't realize this until after I inserted the first few bulbs, MUCH easier with it opened up!

-The instructions said to remove the blue film covering the mirror sides on the inside of the dryer. I emailed the seller (Blue Novelties)to see if this also meant the "floor" and "roof" of the dryer or just the sides, they responded right away and said to also remove it from the top and bottom mirrors.

-When using the foundation gel, I cured for 1 minute, that was enough

-When using the lighter color ("Glamour Queen"), I cured for 2 minutes; when I applied the darker shades ("Samuri", "Black Cherry Berry") I cured for 3 minutes.

-When I applied the shiny clear top coat, I cured 2 minutes.

-I used rubbing alcohol and a scrap of cotton fabric to remove the tackiness at the end, no need to purchase special lint free cloths or special tackiness remover. If you skip this step, your nails will not feel like they are cured, but they are!

-To remove the nails, I just used 100% acetone (drugstore brand), put it on a cut up cotton ball and held to my finger with Grafco finger cots I ordered from Amazon. This worked great, I didn't want to soak my fingers in the acetone as it seems it would dry the skin out that way.

-I did not use any special nail oils, just put lotion on my hands when I was done.

-At about 10-12 days the nails start to show the unpolished area where they are growing out. I just put a coat of regular nail polish close in color to the gel over the entire nail, and get an extra 5-7 days wear before I have to redo them. I'm redoing the nails about every 3 weeks this way.

I've now done 3 sets of the nails over the course of 9 weeks, and I am THRILLED that I bought this! No more trying to get an appointment that works with my schedule, and I've already saved enough to cover the purchase price. I can take the nails off one night while watching TV, and do a new set right away or the next night while watching another show. The lamp is quiet, looks great and works as promised. It may not be the cheapest lamp out there, but I truly believe you get what you pay for, and this light is worth every penny. It gives salon quality results for a fraction of the price, and it saves you a ton of time, because you can cure both hands at once between coats.

I'd highly recommend this UV Light, and definitely this seller. I always appreciate a quick reply to my questions if I'm not sure about how to use a product , and they replied right away. I'll try to post pictures of how my nails looked after doing this I FINALLY have nails that grow out, and without the big "ridge" that the old-style acrylic nails left when growing out!

I just received this dryer and have only used it one time. It did a great job of curing my shellaced nails. I used it with regular nail polish on my toes. Within an hour of finishing my toe nails, I put on socks and shoes. I was afraid that I would have the typical sock imprints on my toe nails, but that did not happen. The polish was dry! Also, be careful when you put your feet in the dryer make sure your feet are on the floor and slide them in without lifting them up. I bumped one of my toes against the top portion of the opening and had to reapply that polish.

I can't count the number of times that I've applied regular polish to my nails and ruined them hours later because the polish was not fully set. The Royal Nails dryer has eliminated that problem. Even if you don't buy this to cure the UV polishes, it works great for regular polish.

The product photos do not show the location for the operating controls. The timer and fan controls are just behind the starburst on the top of the dryer. The on/off switch is on the back side of the dryer. Also, the outside measurements of the dryer are 14" wide x 10" deep x 7" high. The lid is hinged and opens wide for the bulb installation. The timer settings (in seconds) are: 90, 120, 180, 240 and 300.

I shopped around for days trying to make my mind up about which dryer to buy. This dryer had the highest wattage for the best price. The quality of the dryer is good, too.

All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

I was confused reading completely different 5star & 1star reviews... anyway, i bought it. I tried & came to conclusion that 1stars are correct: it doesn't dry the nails!!! but I researched & found out that me & all those who didn't write good reviews just don't know how to use it...

I'm putting 4 stars only because this lamp doesn't have instructions with it, which would make it perfect & everyone would be happy! because it has no instructions, many people use it in a wrong way & write bad reviews or return the product.

I will just give some instructions but u can search the web & youtube & find the right way to do shellac!!!

1. have clean nails.

2. put the base coat & put your fingers into the lamp with the regime 120-180 seconds.

IMPORTANT!!! don't touch your nails to make sure they are dry cause they are not & it's NORMAL!!! just CONTINUE with some patience!!!

3. put the color and again dry with UV lamp.

4. put another layer of color to have better results with rich color and dry again.

5. put the top coat & dry again.

and only now,

6. put some alcohol on a cotton and wipe your fingers to remove the sticky thing.

& only now

This light is convenient for doing both hands at the same time. However, I feel like you must leave your nails in longer than 2 minutes for them to harden.

If you are interested in saving a TON of money by not paying the through the roof prices for gel nails at the salon, then THIS is your ticket! I purchased this light last week, along with the start up "gelish" gel nail kit. The shipping was amazingly fast! There was virtually no set up, just peel off the protective liner, insert the six bulbs, plug it in and BAM, you are ready!!! The extra wide size and the high wattage were what attracted me to purchase this particular UV light. A good friend of mine works at a salon and recommended that I purchase a light with a 36 watt or higher wattage. For the money, this 54 watt light was the best deal out there!!! This friend was just over for dinner and when she saw the light she commented, "Wow, that's nicer than the one we use in our salon"!!!

It is light and easily stored in my cabinet when not in use. Takes about 1 minute to cure gel and shellac polishes. I would HIGHLY recommend this light!!! Within a week, I have recouped my money by doing friend's nails. It's fun, easy and you will save yourself and all your friends an enormous amount of money in those salons!!!
