After too many years of buying nailpolishes of supposedly varying quality (based on price), I have concluded that the very nature of nailpolish precludes it from not chipping, smudging, or streaking, from Dollar Store brands to well-known brands and more expansive ones. No one nailpolish has everything. Since they all chip and will shrink (after all they are on your growing nail) this nailpolish is great for that it really dries fast. Unlike other polishes claiming to dry fast like Rimmel brands, this nailpolish really does. It is the only nailpolish I buy. Unlike one reviewer (who said this color is boring and for an old lady), I find this color a nice shade of pink that is appropriate for wearing to an office. It is professional looking for day wear. Keep the wild latest fad colors for night and weekend wear. For a little sparkle try one of the other shades (one layer of color is usually transparent) and layer of a sparkling color on top something I did recently with Pumped up Pink (125) on top of the more sedate Rose Run (180) and got a lot of compliments (yes and even from young women who were far from "old ladies") and it still looked good (and sweetly sexy) for office wear. My favorite colors are Pumped up Pink (125), Rose Run (180), Magenta Motion (330), Fast Fushia, and Flashy Fushia (220). Yes, I tend to like pinky/rose shades.
Haven't tried other brands and this is good for its money...

wasn't impressed with the long-lasting quality. yes it did dry fast but chipped within 2 days. Would probably not get again. color was pretty.Honest reviews on Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color, Rose Run, 0.31 Fluid
The color is good and it dries quickly. However, I find it to be thicker and more difficult to apply evenly than comparable products from other brands.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color, Rose Run, 0.31 Fluid
This nail polish really does dry very quickly...no more smudges...no more blowing on my fingers! The color is very subtle. It did start to chip after several days, although the touch up was fast and easy.Cheap Sally Hansen Just Feet Spa Pumice Crme 4 oz.
I am a long-time fan of this product. It works great on my rough feet and smells really good. I wish they still made this and I didn't have to hunt it down.
The best way to use this Spa Pumice Cream is to fit it in partway through your pedicure routine. After soaking my feet or taking a bath or shower, so the skin on my feet is already soft, I use a Ped Egg or other scraper to remove dead skin, then push back my cuticles, trim my nails and use a scrub like this one to smoothen out my skin. I put a good-sized dollop of the Pumice Cream on a warm, wet washcloth and rub it all over my feet. The pumice in the cream helps with light exfoliation, but wouldn't be enough on its own to tackle calluses. It says on the bottle, "You'll get softer, smoother, naturally radiant feet," and that promise is fulfilled.
This cream isn't designed to be a lotion, (though it will moisturize your feet with its added vitamins,) so either stay in the bathroom to rinse your feet after rubbing them down, or bring some hot water with you to use for removing the cream. I'm sure Sally Hansen would want me to suggest following up with one of their lotions, but I'm partial to Ms. Pedicure Moisture Rich Heel Cream, which is a great daily foot cream and an excellent value. If you have sensitive skin, avoid the Ms. Pedicure cream or any foot-specific lotion that includes peppermint oil, which can be overly stimulating and borderline painful to raw, post-exfoliation skin; instead use a rich, natural product you're already comfortable with, since your skin will be more prone to react badly to irritants. (Many of The Body Shop's Body Butters are ideal for soothing and hydrating after exfoliation on your feet or anywhere on your body.)
Overall, I recommend this product. It isn't an essential beauty product, but it's very enjoyable as a special treat. I should also note that the scent isn't particularly feminine, and men will enjoy the experience too.

If you don't like going to the spa for a pedicure, or do like going out for a pedicure but are trying to save some money by doing your own at home, this is a nice product for a bit of pampering. This Spa Pumice Cream is scented with lavender and tea tree oil, but not very heavily, so if you really like the aromatherapy qualities of spa-time, you may want to bump it up with your own essential oils as well. Although this cream contains some acids (which help to soften skin and loosen dry skin), I think most people with sensitive skin would be okay with it since it won't stay on your feet for long. The best way to use this Spa Pumice Cream is to fit it in partway through your pedicure routine. Reviews of Sally Hansen Lacquer Shine Nail Color Polish #08 Vivid
i bought this because it looked like it could be a dupe for the red colors in the opi go goth set. it is very similar but it has a lot more brown in it then i expected. nice color, will keep and use, just not what i expected :)

I first saw this advertised on another online website and that photo showed it as a gorgeous, luxurious ruby red. I had to have it, but unfortunately it was no longer available from that website or in their brick and mortar stores. I tracked it down to amazon and was surprised at the color in their photo. On my monitor it looks like an indigo/purplish blue. I took a chance and ordered it anyway, hoping that the first picture was correct. As it turned out, neither website had it correct. #8 vivid is more like a brownish, dried blood color really unappealing (to me, anyway). I can't trash the product because the color was misrepresented (or badly photographed) in the online photo, so I'm giving it a 3.Best Deals for Sally Hansen Lacquer Shine Nail Color Polish #08 Vivid
The picture of this product is completely misleading. It appears to be purple-ish in color, but the nail polish I received was definitely crimson. It wasn't that I got the wrong item, as the label says 'Vivid', the product just wasn't the color shown here.Saturday, July 26, 2014

I absolutely love this product!!!! I'm so glad that amazon carries this product as it is no longer available in stores. It's a great, quick pedicure cure and keeps your feet and hands hydrated and gets rid of that winter ashy color! Also, the shipper made sure that the product was wrapped safely to ensure that it arrived intact and nothing spilled out. Very happy with this product!Best Deals for Sally Hansen Pedicure In A Minute 4.0oz/113g

Cheap Sally Hansen Salon Effects - 606 Antique Chic / Rock of Ages - Nail
I love all the Sally Hansen salon stick-on nails. The ones with patterns work best so it's less noticeable if it starts to chip. I always cover mine with a gel coat and use a little UV lamp, and they last about 10 days for me. I alcohol my hands a lot through work and am always looking for something more durable this is the best at home kit I've found so far that doesn't make it look like a 5 year old did my nails. I get compliments all the time on the designs.

Review of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color: Red Carpet #390
I absolutely love this entire line of nail polishes, but this is my favorite of the "classic" colors. The glitter is deep and subtle, and I experienced good coverage with two coats, but best color and appearance with three. Luckily, unlike another reviewer I had no issues with the color rubbing off. If there are any complaints with this item, it would be that this is thinner than some of the other colors, which can be kind of a pain to apply it wants to "leak" over onto my skin so I have to be very careful. And goodness, it is SO hard to remove if you forget to do a base coat (or, like me, you sometimes don't use one on purpose to make sure you get the most of this line's strength and long-last-ability).
Even with those nitpicky issues, this has jumped to the top of my list of favorites out of the Xtreme line it's a great color with just enough "kick" to keep it current and festive, and three coats will *easily* last until I need to repaint from growth no chipping or wearing at all.
I can't recommend highly enough!

Red Carpet is one of my go-to polishes. I simply love the color and as with all of the X-Treme Wear line, it is long-lasting and doesn't chip as easily as other polishes. Two coats provides excellent coverage. Definitely use a base coat, as the glitter is impossible to remove otherwise, and the red color will seep into your nails and nail beds and stain them for a while. The color is a vibrant red with red glitter. I use it on my toes a lot and it will typically last about 2 weeks! Love it!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color: Red Carpet #390

Discount Sally Hansen 2780-22 Coral Creme Hard As Nails Polish
The polish works as well as advertised! It's a gorgeous color and it stays on without chipping for a long time. It also makes my nails hard and strong. Overall, it's a great product that I would recommend to anyone!I was able to get about four days of wear out of this polish before the chipping began. Nothing to write home about. This product does not perform as well as they claim. I probably would not buy it again.

The price for this was great and the shipping was fast, but I'm disappointed with the color. This doesn't look like a lavender shade. It looks very much like pink. I don't see any purple tones in it. It looks very different from the picture.I purchased this lavender color because it looks pretty on-line but I noticed after putting on just 2 coats you can barely see the color lavender. I'm dissappointed because I thought it would be a little darker like the picture. It also chips easily just like all nailpolishes. I would'nt say that it's Diamond hard like it says or it would'nt be chipping off allready after just 2 days. If you like very light colors than this is for you!!

Best Sally Hansen Salon Nail Lacquer #550 - Sheerly Beloved (3 Packs) Deals
Love this nail polish but what I received from the vendor was old. The color was orange/yellow and polish was sticky. The true color is a beautiful pink with blue shimmer undertones. I called Sally Hansen and they confirmed this exact polish was discontinued back in 2011. So what I received was at least 2 years old and had not aged well! I did receive a full refund on my order but they didn't offer to replace my purchase-I think they knew they were selling an aged product and someone finally noticed the color was aged (I still have an original bottle to compare to).

This is the most effective product I have found to make my shoulder-length curls into wash and go hair. The first time I tried it I didn't put enough in because I didn't want to use too much and look all early '90s wet look all day. 3 squirts on my shoulder length hair coupled with 95 degree HUMID weather did pretty much nothing, so the next day I decided to get crazy and go 4 pumps, which worked out pretty much perfect! My curls are separated and not frizzy AT ALL....buuuuuttt, they also aren't crunchy at all. I actually can't even feel any product in them when I touch them, and I think my curls have actually been a little curlier...probably due to the fact that they don't have a bunch of gels and sprays weighing them down. I actually look like I have a hairstyle now instead of a mane, and all I have to do is wash, use this stuff, and go.
* I always wonder when I read curly hair product reviews what race the reviewer is, because it is important for curly hair products, but I think people worry about being offensive. Either way, I have caucasian curls and this stuff works great on my hair.

Just to let you know, I never, ever write reviews but I had to make an exception for this product. I purchased this in hopes of adding texture and wave to my very fine and straight length hair. What it ended up doing was exactly what I had wanted every product to do-it gave me full and bouncy hair. I use 2 pumps and blow dry straight. I have not tried letting it air dry wavy because it just looks too darn good when I blow dry as usual. AMAZING product and I hope it never gets discontinued.Best Deals for Sally Hershberger Style Primer, Wavy Hair 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
I haven't used much product over the years, but was very unhappy with my hair and decided to give this a whirl. I think it works quite well to assist my somewhat curly hair with looking like I actually put some time into it as opposed to it having random curly and straight spots. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product that makes my hair stunning so that's my only reason for not giving it a perfect score, but I'd definitely recommend it.Honest reviews on Sally Hershberger Style Primer, Wavy Hair 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
This stuff is amazing! This also smells really good. I bought this yesterday at Ulta for 13 dollars ( i now know it was cheaper on amazon) but it was worth it. I used it this morning along with So Gorgeous blow dry gel and Aussie sprunch mousse and i got beautiful beach waves! Worth every penny, and i totally recommend this to anyone with wavy hair! (by the way, a little tip to get your hair beachy and wavy is to wait until your hair is almost completely dry but still a little wet. i use my blow dryer to get it this way. Then just scrunch up with Sally Hershberger and my Aussie and im good to go!)Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sally Hershberger Style Primer, Wavy Hair 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
This product is wonderful for wavy hair! I saturate wet hair with it and then blow dry. It leaves my waves frizz-free and non-sticky. Best of all, it smells like coconut! I would highly recommend it for anyone with wavy hair.Thursday, November 21, 2013

I have been getting professionally waxed for the last 13 years. Probably around 8 years ago my best friend found this at-home waxer to save us money and we've been using it faithfully ever since. It definitely takes a while to warm up, but the is no reason to fault this machine because you disagree with the laws of physics. Usually I plug it in and go do something else for 45 minutes. When the wax is getting low in the waxer, I put it into the machine pointing down (which will leak a little) because it makes the wax come out soo much easier. Like I said, I have been waxing forever and the most amazing thing about this waxer is that it doesn't hurt when I wax my legs. I still hurt when a professional waxes my legs, so it isn't like I'm just all numbed out from too many years of waxing, but there is something about this wax that does not hurt me at all. I love this little machine and plan to use it forever. Enjoy!
I tried leaving the wax in the unit longer than recommended to see if the wax ever got liuid-y enough to use right, I got exactly one good strip before the wax was too thick again and just pulled the skin as it was applied. Worst Ever. At home I've tried Sally Hanson and Nair; both removed hair just as well, but with way less pain & irritation plus they were cheaper. Honestly? Dry shaving would be less irritating... Not keeping the unit.
What happens is I reported here in Ecuador depilatory wax that will be returned to you, the seller because there is no way to bring those things here to the country do not understand the reason for this law of Ecuador and which need you to give me back the money depilatory wax pay for and I'm not getting this product and I returned to the same account which was debited hope my refund thank you very much

I followed the directions exactly. Read and re-read the instructions to make sure I hadn't missed anything. I simply could not get the product to work. The heater would not heat the wax up to the point of allowing any except the barest hint of wax to exit the bottle, and then only with extreme pressure was I able to get any wax to come out of the roller. I allowed the product to heat for over an hour. I turned up my thermostat over and over until it was nearly 78 degrees in my house. I finally removed the roller from the wax bottle and bit the bottle with my teeth to get a few drops onto my leg and then tried to spread it around with the fabric strips. Using this method, I was finally able to remove about 15 hairs from my shin. If I'd used tweezers during the time I spent trying to get this thing to work, I probably could have removed 10 times as much hair.Best Deals for Surgi-wax Professional Salon System Total Body & Face Roll-on Waxer
Takes too long to heat up, then cools to quickly to be useable. The wax pulls your skin as it goes on. My skin is still red from trying it yesterday, not just the folicles, the skin too. The wax residue is difficult to remove from the skin, you must use an oil and firm rubbing to get the spots off, but I still found patches of lint on my legs later... But, I couldn't use the same strip more than two times because the wax won't stick to the strip. Also, The small unit doesn't spread wax at all, I was not able to get it to work, even just to try it.I tried leaving the wax in the unit longer than recommended to see if the wax ever got liuid-y enough to use right, I got exactly one good strip before the wax was too thick again and just pulled the skin as it was applied. You can wax your entire legs with this product. It goes on fairly easily. Less messy than using the sticks. Cute and convenient. Not very painful. Only problem is that it takes too long to heat up and the wax cools quite quickly. I would suggest applying large amounts before it cools and then use the waxing strips. Clean up is messy but waxing is messy.
