This is by far the most gorgeous shade of blue I have ever used and I've had a lot of different colors on my nails. The image doesn't do it justice. Two coats will do the trick and I've had it on my nails for 4 days and so far no chipping.

this is seriously one of the best blue nail polishes you can find. it is like a neon periwinkle. did my nails this afternoon for the first time with this color, and got three compliments before the evening. amazing!! really great coverage--fully opaque with two coats. love it!

Long wearing and great color payoff, although you still need to use a top coat when using this polish, its still great and takes at least 3 days before i see any wear/chips on it.

I tried the SH Complete Care in a green bottle first, and that was truly amazing. Then I found this one in a local pharmacy and decided why not -the description looked promising. Just the same nail care solution, but with more moisturizing effect.

I must say that this product does more than I expected. It moisturizes very well, it makes your nails appear more smooth, it strengthens your nails and makes them grow faster. Twice as good compared to the green bottle.

I must say that two of my six friends who tried the treatment in a green bottle had the opposite effect: their nails became very fragile. Nobody of them had any problems with the 'Extra Moisturizing' version so far.

This product works just perfect for me, and I highly recommend it.

I really like this stuff and when it was new went on very nicely, but shelf life doesn't seem to be as long as some other products I have used...what I have left is too thick now to use, but thankfully I don't have a lot left

I've been using the base and top coat for months and I LOVE IT!!! I found a general rule about nails. After making sure that I prep/prime my nails with a non-acetone nail or a primer, now I'm having a long lasting wear out of my nail polish. This is the best and my favorite base coat that I own. My polish dries faster and my nails are stronger. The only thing that is a problem is that toward the end of the bottle the product gets thick. I add some polish remover to the product to make it as thin as it was when i first bought it. It still works.

I typically only get manicures for job interviews, weddings, and funerals.

I tend to ruin even those professional manicures within 2 hours (and certainly within 2 days!), so I haven't pained my nails much since college.

I started exercising in a heavily chlorinated outdoor pool, however, and my nails started splitting. When I cut them down to the quick, they simply began to split beneath the quick! Even my toenails started to break. I held them together with duct tape at the office, then ran out to the nearest drugstore to buy something anything! that would keep my protective nails intact.

The lady in the cosmetics section was quite proud of her nails, and swore up and down that this was the product to buy: none of the $3 Sally Hansen solutions, no: this one! She invited me to touch her nails, which I did, and I admit they were strong and smooth, with blue nail polish on top. (Hey, you go, granny! I think she said she was 80)

At the time of this review, this listing is under five bucks, while the drug store version was over 13.

Since then I've been putting one coat on per day, three days in a row, after which the nail polish mysteriously cracks off, and they all peel. I don't know why it does that! The toenail polish stays on longer over a week.

I'm not even in the pool anymore, as it closed a couple of weeks ago right when I started using this product.

I moisturize my nails with a meyer lemon and olive oil blend that is a cooking oil, not specifically for nails, but the internet told me that was ok. :-P I also use Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, Fragrance-Free, 2 Ounce (Pack of 2) on my hands regularly, and I make sure to leave blobs of it on my nails and cuticles each time.

I have two big beefs with this product:

1. My nails are still breaking beneath the quick. They're all shiny/purdy, but they're still crack-a-lackin' like I've never seen before. It's absurd

2. The. SMELL. It dries very quickly, and I could handle the smell when I first put it on, but eating anything for hours and hours to come makes me crinkle my nose. My hands bring food to my face, which puts them beneath my nose, and the icky toxic solvent smells are strong for a long, long time. We went out with friends yesterday, and I was still wrinkling my nose 4 hours after I painted my nails. UGH. I have ordered Piggy Paint MAKE IT LAST (2PK) Basecoat and Topcoat Paired Up! and hope it will function better, or at least not smell so awful for so long.

Things this product does well:

1. It is pretty

2. It dries quickly

That's it. I'm still using it because I'm desperate, but I'm actively pursuing other options. If you purchase this product, I hope it works much better for you!

Loved these when I was younger & Im sorry I cannot get my favorite cinnimon snowhaze color. That was my favorite, but its great being able to have whatever color I found on this website. My lips are soft again. Sorry Sally Hanson gave up on these fabulous lipsticks. Are these old lipsticks? Why are they NOT sold in the stores anymore?

This lipstick is not too dark and not too light for more mature thin lips. Light, pinkish red. Got unsolicited compliments.

I have used several of the Sally Hansen Salon Effects and have been picking them up here on Amazon at better prices than in the stores. This color has a metallic silver background with blue and black spots. Best way to apply is to first use a coat of clear polish, then start applying the nail strips. Finish with a coat of clear polish. I took these off after 13 days, mostly because I was ready for a new color. The nails still looked good enough to go for a few more days. Use small squares of white felt fabric (buy sheets at store and cut in 2" squares) to remove with nail polish. Cotton or tissues just stick to the softening strips and make a mess.

I loved the cheetah print that was not your typical cheetah print. These lasted a really long time but not as long as the company describes. The tip is adding a clear coat and wrapping it under your nail as well. I got so many compliments on this color at work.

lasts for weeks! the longest I have worn them is 3 weeks and usually as an accent (one finger, just the tips, corners). they could have lasted longer, but the polish on the rest of my nails was wearing thin. actually had difficulty with removal, but no damage to my natural nail which is a huge plus for me!

From the picture i thought it was a white base with blue and silver cheetah spots but its actually a very fine silver glitter! I already ordered a second set for myself and one for a friend who loved them!

My fingers slightly larger than most, so when the directions said that I can stretch the tape it I was excited!

However when I did try to stretch the strip it tore. It wasn't obvious and I still managed to get compliments!

Overall an awesome product. I would recommend a clear polish to go over it because if you work around the house a lot (dishes, etc.) they will chip.

This has got to be one of the best nail products out there period!

I was never a fan of nail salons, and always look out for subtle sheer shades (Lippmann Sarah Smile was my preferred polish up until this one). This product is truly fantastic. I used high-end designer brands for nail polish exclusively, so discovered this one on an "emergency". I'm really impressed to say the least, and highly recommend it. First and foremost, the ease of use and convenience is simply amazing. I especially love having it on get-aways and vacations.

The color really does last over a week easily, and pen is small and leak-proof, so I can carry it around for rare touch-ups when I need it.

This particular shade is divine (I like sheer beige too). It's like having french manicure in one step when it goes on a naked nail. Beautiful, neat, lasting and convenient.

Great pen, but this color looks so natural that it is kind of a waste of time to paint your nails. It would be good for guys with toe discoloration, that wanted to get rid of the color without having obviously painted nails. There is a low amount of visible gloss.
