but that's about it. My daughter thought that chocolate brown would look good with this teal color; however, it didn't really show up underneath because there wasn't enough contrast. It was a pretty rich dark chocolate color too...espresso. We tried this with black and it really looks pretty nice. Its not as dramatic as I would have liked and its probably not something anyone would notice without really looking unless the lighting hits it right. The look is definitely not what is printed on the brush handle on top of the bottle! It is similar but much more subtle. I think a black crackle or shatter overcoat would be better because it wouldn't be limited to one undercoat color.
As far as application, it goes on nice and smooth...as long as you are generous with the amount on the brush and you get it done quick! Do not go over the same area twice too often to try to 'fix' anything or try to put it on with just a little on the brush because, either way, it will take off the undercoat polish and smear it. You will have to do it all over again! As soon as I figured this out it was pretty simple. Be generous with the amount and put it on in smooth even strokes. If you miss a spot, go back and do it after the first coat dries.

Best Sally Hansen Nail Clipper, Control Grip, Clip 'N Catch 1 nail Deals
For all the various fingernail clippers on the market, suitable for carrying in one's pocket (I have tried a number of them and researched, over the net, those available from manufacturers in many countries), overall like these the best.
I use the clippers for both fingernails and toenails, even though they do not provide additional leverage for thick nails; just taking a smaller bite per clip works fine.
However, I elected to remove the plastic "Catch-Control" mechanism, favoring the lower bulk of the clipper without this bulky plastic add-on. (The plastic "Catch-Control" mechanism can be easily removed if not to one's liking. A version without the "Catch-Control" mechanism is also on the market.)
Pros:
1. All stainless-steel, no chrome plating or paint to wear off; no sign of any corrosion, so far, from over 1 year of use.
2. Wider grip which makes handling and clipping easier, less pressure on one's skin and fingers, than any other clipper I have used or seen on the market/internet.
3. The cut, of the one pair I purchased and have used for well over a year, for both fingernails and toenails, is about as good as any other, including much more expensive brands I have purchased and used over the years.
Cons:
1. A non-flush rivet (to hold the nail cleaner) protrudes through the convex bottom of the lower handle; this can be quite uncomfortable when held in certain ways. The rivet head should have been flush or recessed, a small but important manufacturing design change. I may end up removing this rivet.
2. When closed, there is no position retaining mechanism for the clipper handle; the handle does not stay in-line with the body of the clipper in one's pocket. (The clipper handle position retaining design, two groves, does works OK when the clipper handle is in the open position.)
3. No case or design to prevent coins and other foreign objects from getting into the clipper and between the cutting edges (dulling them) when the clipper is floating around inside one's pocket.
4. Despite the additional ease of compressing the jaws, the clipper cutting capacity, is no better, perhaps minimally worse than a few good alternatives, than any other clipper on the market.
5. The nail cleaner has very rounded smooth edges making it almost worthless for the cleaning function.
6. No nail file.
7. The more expensive "catch-control", like most retaining designs on the market, is more bulk and expense and of little practical use.
8. No case or design to prevent coins and other foreign objects from getting into the clipper and between the cutting edges which the clipper is floating around inside one's pocket.
Final Comments: Like all the other designs on the market, there remain so many potential improvements which none of the manufacturers seem to pay attention to implementing.
Probably producing and marketing too good a design would interfere with future sales of low cost items.

Clips nails just fine, but the little catcher part seems sort of lame. Doesn't necessarily do a good job "catching" the nail clippings.Honest reviews on Sally Hansen Nail Clipper, Control Grip, Clip 'N Catch 1 nail
The nail clippers worked really well at first, but the fulcrum on this broke off within a week of me purchasing it.Monday, March 3, 2014
Review of Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Color Nail Enamel-Pink Sapphire-0.45 oz
I bought this because I've been wanting pink nails, and this is perfect! I glitters so much, I love looking at my nails in the sun– beautiful! The only thing that I had a problem with was taking it off, it really is hard as nails. It lasted over a week!

This stuff works great. I tried the Sally Hansen stuff, but it just leaves a plasticy film on the nail that peels right off if it gets scuffed. This stuff actually soaks into the nail. Far superior to the SH product.
My Dad was over, one day, and he mentioned that his nails chip and break constantly he wished he could find something that he could put on them so that they didnt break all the time. He big concern was that a nail hardener would leave a shine on his nails and he didnt want that at all.
I came across this product was looking for something to help him out as well as myself. It stated that you brush this on and it soaks right into the nail. Well, the product arrived and I gave two bottles to my dad and kept two for myself. I have to say it does what it says!!!! You brush it on and it soaks right into the nail. It doesnt leave a shine. My nails are in a lot better shape and my dad is pleased with the product too.
Just doing everyday task, opening a door, reaching for a dish in the cupboard, just the simplest thing and there goes another nail. I finally just cut them down to the finger tips. It felt like my fingers were useless when I tried to pick up a coin or some small object. I missed my nails.
I purchased Nutra Nails 3 (THREE) weeks ago and started to use it on my fingers and toes and what a transformation. I apply it 2, sometimes 3 times a day. It is easy to use, dries quickly and it works. You receive 4 bottles, so I have a bottle on the kitchen table, one next to my TV chair, another on my nightstand and a back-up bottle.
I will be a regular customer. Thank you...Thank you... Thank you... for a product that Really Works!!!

I have been using vitamins for 30 years, but when I reached 50, my nails really started to look bad. They broke off, split and in general would barely grow.Just doing everyday task, opening a door, reaching for a dish in the cupboard, just the simplest thing and there goes another nail. This product does everything it says it will. I have never had an luck getting my nails to grow or strengthen with any other product. It goes a long ways too. It's like a little miracle in a bottle for your nails.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Nutra Nail 5 to 7 Day Growth Calcium Formula (13 ml)
I've been using Nutra Nail for about 4 months now and I can see noticeable growth in my nails. When I first started using it daily my nails didn't seem to be growing too fast and they still were breaking/cracking. However once my nails had grown out completely (the nail that had started from the cuticle after I started using nutra nail had grown to the tip) I noticed considerable strength and flexibility. My nails do not break off easily and I actually have to trim them if they are too long. Please note that, despite the name, nails will not grow in 5-7 days. I have used it almost daily for 4 months. Also, since the product soaks into the nails rather than being a polish on top, it cannot really be used if you have polished nails. I do still spread it on my cuticles and sides of my nails and behind the nails that are longer when I am wearing polish.Thursday, December 26, 2013

I didn't buy my tweezers here, I got a bunch of them on clearance at a store. they are the BEST tweezers I've ever used in my life! However, I recently was on a trip without them and I went to walgreens to buy them again. It seems they have changed manufacturers or something, because the new ones I got had the same packaging and name, but the tip was waaay less sharp and precise. Another reviewer said she/he didn't like the sharp tips, but that's what I really liked about it. The new ones were not precise enough to easily pull out stubborn hairs. So the different "generations" of these tweezers is the reason why it didn't get 5 stars.Best Deals for Sally Hansen Stray Hair Beware-Needle Point Tip Tweezer
I have these tweezers and love them! I'm ordering another for my 14 year old daughter that uses mine all the time because she doesn't like the slanted one's that I've bought her. They are the only one's I have found that will get those stubborn hairs. I have several other tweezers that I've bought and they can't compare to "The Stray Hair Beware"Honest reviews on Sally Hansen Stray Hair Beware-Needle Point Tip Tweezer
I was disappointed with this product. The tips are not that fine and I found that there was a lot of folicle breakage with these that, of course, leads to irritations. I like Tweezerman Stainless Steel Ingrown Hair Splintertweeze for removing the shortest hairs, but the ends of the Tweezerman tweezers are very fragile and can be easily ruined. Whatever you do, don't pick the Sally Hansen Stray Hair tweezer for short hair and fine hair removal. If you are looking for a general pair of tweezers that are great for eyebrows, I reccomend Revlon Platinum Tweezer, Slant Tip # 1046-47 (Lifetime Guarantee), 1 Pack.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sally Hansen Stray Hair Beware-Needle Point Tip Tweezer
Where did they have these made, some dirt alley in Pakistan? These tweezers are too sharp (they've caused two puncture wounds where I tried to remove tiny hairs), and now they've started clipping the hair off at the point where I grasp it with them. IRRITATING.
