I have been special ordering this wax because of the following reasons:
1.) Wax easily dissolves in water that means less sticky mess and easy to clean off towels/floors/carpet
2.) Relatively painless experience if you can't bear to pull the strip you can easily remove it from your skin by pulling slowly PAINLESS
3.) Smells great and spread evenly onto skin
4.) Comes with lotion that prevents red spots that sometimes result from waxing
Cons:
1.) Sometimes if my hair is too short to wax I have to shave even after using the product. But with that said, it definitely gets rid of the spiky coarse hairs so re-growth after shaving is softer.
They don't sell it at my drugstores anymore so I am special ordering 3 on Amazon.

I have dark thick hair and I hate shaving because it seems like it's back within hours. So I switched to waxing and this is the best kit I've found yet! I heat mine up for just a few seconds so it's easier to spread. You only need a THIN layer of wax. If it's too thick, it won't work. Wax small patches at a time. I can even reuse the same piece of paper several times. I love that it cleans up with water. I won't use a wax that doesn't. It's way too messy that way. I'm actually due for a wax now ;)

I have been using this product for about 3 years and now I can't find it in the stores. I am really excited to find it here on Amazon. You really don't have to warm it it works well right out of the container. The key is getting it on in a thin layer.Apply it in the direction of hair growth and pull it off against the hair growth. I have been getting my legs & bikini professionally waxed and cannot really afford it as much so I use this in between. You have to use the right technique.

I don't know what you ladies are doing wrong but this is the only kind of wax I like. The smell is so good, it takes all the hair out in one try, and if you've already removed the hair before you use this it's great for pulling off dead scaly skin. In fact, that's why I buy it. In my climate I could care less if my legs are smooth or hairy. Personally, the hair grows back in about five or six days but that's the same rate I get with any hair removal procedure (other than shaving, duh). It does take the hair out right at the root, you can see the gluey bulbs when you hold the strip up to the light on practically every hair.
