These are nothing like the Sally Hansen Nail Strips that I've used in the past. Those are a thin product, than when applied are like a couple layers of polish which last up to 10 days. These are just stickers with a strong smell that is like turpentine when you open the package. They are too thick to trim around the side or cubicles if they overlap a little there, unlike the Sally Hansen brand which can be trimmed easily using that little stick tool or even your fingernail from the other hand. It was also very difficult to get them to lie flat because of their thickness and so I ended up with little creases which were impossible to get out. The product was a total disappointment. I just pulled off the couple that I had tried to apply and dumped them. At least it was easy to pull them off.

I'm honestly shocked that these have such bad reviews. I decided to put them on today and it took me about fifteen minutes total. They were east to match up, when on nice and smooth. And they were super easy to file down. I LOVE them!

I have never used any other brand of nail "stickers," but the first time using them, I was able to apply them while riding IN A CAR during a road trip. I was able to carefully readjust them so they were straight and then press them into place. I don't have any bumps or ridges showing, and was able to trim the excess after application near the cuticle with nail nippers. They filed down just fine for me.

I love the Sally Hansen product so I thought I'd give these a try. I liked the advertising mentioning that these do not dry out in the packaging if opened (which is my only complaint about the Sally Hansen product). I didn't like these for several reasons:

1. Application was terrible. These did not stretch, therefore I ended up with wrinkles on my nails.

2. Difficult to file off excess. It left a very unprecise edge.

3. Shape of sticker was terrible, width-wise. I would have picked a larger size and trimmed down except I couldn't because of #2 above.

4. Never fully dried to where it was hard. I applied correctly (washed hands and wiped nail bed off with alcohol). I was able to easily pull off the entire sticker the next day. I can now appreciate that the Sally Hansen product dries out in the packaging if left open.

At first, I didn't like this lash curler because it is gold and has a spring attached to both legs. This is my first time purchasing a lash curler with the spring so I am not used to the look. But after using this for a month, I really like it and want to buy another one to keep it in my purse. The spring gives a soft tension bounce back when you press the curl. And the pad itself is wide enough to support the lash, giving a natural curl look, not boxy.

What on earth happened to eye lash curlers in the last 10-15 years!? I still use 2 older models that have CURVE to the curler. These new eyelash curlers are manufactured in China. They are FLATER/WIDER and don't have enough curve to fit a traditional American or certainly African-American Eye socket!

Clearly, China is manufacturing these curlers for a narrow Asian eye.

Please bring back curlers for WIDE-EYED GIRLS!!!

I wish I could give this a negative rating! My nails were long and thick and strong (all natural). I used this for the first time, a nice brand new fresh bottle, and within two days I noticed the polish chipping/fading away. After removing the polish I noticed one of my nails started to peel, then another, and another! They are all paper-thin and week and still peeling away! I hate the day I ever saw this stuff! I know it wasn't the polish I used because it's a brand I always have used on my bare nails without any sort of damaging effect. And it wasn't the polish remover either because it is my one and only trusted brand I always use.

I just love sally Hansen Insta-Grip base coat, I've using it for years it dries in a flash and the nail polish goes on smoothly. I've had trouble finding in the stores lately, I was glad I was able to find it on line.

I have real nails, no tips, no gels, etc., and I get manicures weekly. This is the best quick dry base coat that i have ever used. Tried others, even OPI, and none do the job keeping my polish on like this product.

I'm not a base coat kinda gal but after dealing with my nailpolish chipping the same day I painted them, something had to give. Cosmo said base coat & i'm fond of Sally Hansen. So I opted for this one. On a whim. It's like magic. I've had my nails painted for a few days now and not one chip!!! I would recommend this product to anyone who hates chipped nailpolish. One caveat, it is not shiny as a stand alone polish. Yes, you can tell something is on your nails but it's a very dull shine.

I know that you can't always trust what you see in pictures, but I ordered this expecting a nice Light Indigo color, but was disappointed when I saw that the real color was a purplish Wine color. On the picture, I thought it would be a unique and beautiful color to put on my nails, but it failed to impress, as I already have a couple bottles of the Wine color. So BUYER BEWARE, if you want this color! And to the seller, I suggest you change the picture and try to make it look more like the real bottle, as the color could throw some people off. Thanks.

I think using a regular moisturizer and following the directions for this product would yield the same results. I bought this (not from Amazon) thinking it would help to remove dried skin and cuticle from my nail, but I ended up scraping it off with as much effort as I usually do. There's nothing special about this cream. It is an OK cream, but for what it is it costs too much. My manicurist says the best cuticle care is a bowl of warm water with some Palmolive, soak your fingertips for five minutes, push cuticles back, rinse, and apply a rich hand cream or cuticle oil. I think I'll try that.

Despite its name, this Platinum Polish looks a bit pinkish when applied. It's pearlescent, looking more white when turned one way and more pinkish when turned another. Very good coverage and holds up well to wear.

Cheap Sally Hansen Salon Effects - 801 Sound Check - Avril Lavigne Design

I love the salon effects strips in general, but I get tons of compliments on these specifically...both in yellow/black and black/white (Check, Please!)

These strips make doing your nails a cinch! I've never been able to paint the left hand to look professionally done, so I've always had to go to the salon, which I HATE. I'm all about do-it-yourself and love that now I can do them whenever I have a few minutes at home and not only have them neatly painted, but in eye-catching, expressive designs! They just look REALLY GOOD!

The price is right...My nails are short so I can use a half pack (8 strips) and do both hands, my two big toes, and accent other toes (I paint the rest). I get a great artistic mani/pedi look for a fraction of the price I was going to the salon for acrylic/gels/polish/designs.

They're quick...It took me some time to do them the first couple of times, but now I can do my hands/toes in about 20 minutes. The long part is getting the old set off... you have to use pure acetone, and even then it takes a little while unless you soak. There is no dry time though, so it's just a matter of how quickly you can apply the strips!

They last... I'm really tough on my hands. I clean heavily, care for a one year old, and my employment involves my hands a lot. They last four days looking A+, and if I ignore some of the imperfections then I can go a week. I'm usually happy to change them after a few days, so I can try a new one and because they're SO cheap I'm still saving a ton! I'm sure if you either take the time to apply a base coat and/or are lighter on your hands, they will last longer

As a bonus, my nails are growing stronger because the strips are thick and protective! I have naturally thin nails, and the salon processes were killer on them.

They are at LEAST a must-have for last minute occasions where you need a good mani/pedi and just don't have time. They have already saved me a couple of times.

The only downfall is the selection of well designed styles/colors. I've done a few that looked gaudy, childish, or didn't apply well (FYI the plain color strips seem to be thinner and bunch easily), so I took them off before they were due to be re-done. I wish they would make more sophisticated, or even just simple designs like these checkered ones... but for now I just rotate a few. They are a great start to a design with other glued-on accents too.

Also IMO the value packs aren't great because one of the sets is of poor design...Usually one looks gorgeous and the other pretty awful when applied.

I've tried other Nail "Polish" Art Stickers...by reputable brands and even bought some at wholesale warehouses that sell professional salon equipment/products. These are some of the best I've used. They last, they are easy to use, and the only thing I would say is be careful when putting them on. They work REALLY well, so if you mess up...it won't be easy to fix. They are like press on nails but just the stickers.

Makes it so much easier not to have to do your nails everyday, and they don't CHIP! haha LOVE THEM! Highly Recommended

This is a great color. Rich and bold. I put two coats on and one Sally Hansen insta dry no chip top coat on and it lasts for about one week and a half, sometimes two weeks. I get many compliments.

I thought this shade would be so pretty, but in my opinion it is not. It's a muddy color. Also, just recently I have been noticing that these Sally Hansen Hard As Nails polishes chip real bad for me so though I have many other colors that I really like, I am not sure if I will be purchasing this formulation any longer.
