Cheap Incoco Nail Polish Strips, French Manicure, White Cloud (tips only)

I absolutely LOVE these manicure tips I order them 10 at a time so that I have a stash for a while! I've tried every option for doing your own french manicure and this is hands down the best. Inevitably I end up chipping a brand new salon manicure within 24 hours. I am hard on my nails but I love having them look professional without having to use acrylics and other harsh chemicals. It takes a little getting used to, but you can't beat a french manicure that lasts for up to 2 weeks and still looks nearly perfect for a bargain price! Plus I love being able to say I do my own manicure :)

Some helpful hints I have learned over the last 2 years:

1. I always buff my nails before applying them to get rid of any ridges and help them adhere better.

2. I always try to use a tip that is wider than my actual nail so that I can file the excess on the side and allow more wiggle room to get the tip on without leaving a blank space on the edge.

3. I use a metal nail file to remove the excess after I make sure they are secure. Usually I apply all of one hand and wait a couple minutes before filing. I found that filing side to side with the file can tear the strip and makes the edges ragged, so I file perpindicular to the edge of my nail from front to back.

4. Apply a clear topcoat to give them the shine of a salon manicure. I still haven't found the perfect top coat, but I keep looking.

5. After about a week or when the edges start to look a little ragged, I trim my nails and file. Voila! A brand new manicure that lasts another week. In order to do this, I do have to apply the tips a little lower on my nail initially.

I wish they still sold these in stores because they were priced even better and it was more convenient, but these are definitely worth ordering. I don't even mind paying for shipping.

**UPDATE** I finally found a great basecoat / topcoat Salon Sciences Bonding Basecoat. It gives a nice shine to your nails and stays on for the entire two weeks that the manicure lasts. I put one coat on before the tips, let them adhere for a little while and go over with one coat. Any other basecoat or topcoat that I had used previously would chip or peel at least once during the two week wear.

SUCCESS.....FINALLY!

I wish someone had told me how to do this. It would have saved me A LOT of time and money. This is how to do a French manicure using the gelish system.....that will last at least 2 weeks, if not longer. If you do this exactly how I have instructed, the French tips will be almost as strong as acrylics from the salon. Trust me, it works and at a fraction of the cost. I do this AT NIGHT so I can sleep all night without my nails being vulnerable to anything that could damage them. When I wake in the morning, my nails are super strong.

You will need:

*Gelish products: cleanse solution, PH Bond, Structure gel, princess pink polish, foundation gel, top coat gel

*"Out the door" top coat. I get this at Sally's. It's a fast drying top coat and I haven't found anything even close to how it protects your nails!

*UV Lamp

1.Buff and clean nails using cleanse solution

2.Apply PH Bond

3.Apply French tips to clean nails. I cut the ends off close to where I will ultimately shape my nails.......not until entire process is finished.

4.Apply one coat of foundation gel over entire nail, including french tips.... cure 2 minutes

5.Apply 1 layer of gelish structure over entire nail, including french tips ......cure 2 minutes

6.Apply princess pink polish (I only use 1 coat) over entire nail, including french tips ........cure 2 minutes

7.Apply top coat over entire nail, including french tips ......cure 2 minutes

8.Apply "out the door" top coat.........I do this last step right before I am getting into bed.

I don't shape my nails until the next morning because by then my nails are super hard and can be shaped much easier.

I recently purchased the gelish gel nails set to do my nails at home. I have also purchased the french manicure gelish kit and it is so hard to do on yourself. I have been looking for an easy alternative to doing french manicures under the gel nails. I ordered these hoping they would look great and they look like my nails were professionally done! I placed these on first, then did my gelish base and top coat and they look so SOOOO good!!! I have only had them on for 2 days and have gotten so many compliments and people simply cannot believe these are my own nails and I did them myself! The gelish lasts about 2 weeks so I know these are well protected and will last the same. I work in the medical field and wash my hands about 40 times a day as well and they still last that long! I recommend for anyone wanted to keep their nails nice and manicured these strips in combination with the gelish look fabulous!!!

**UPDATED REVIEW**

After applying these tips I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. This definitely beats trying to apply white nail polish or manicure pens to the tips of your nails with (or without) nail tip guards. I'm use my hands extensively, so I didn't expect these to last the two weeks maximum, but they did last longer than painting the tips. I followed the directions, buffed my nails, cleaned them, and applied the tips according to the directions, and applied the Sally Hansen Hard as Nails topcoat. After 5 days, I have VERY small cracks running in the tips, and one of the tips has started to chip. I'm guessing if I didn't use my hands for everything, like a guy (lol) they would last longer. Either way, these are easy to apply and look awesome! I'll have to try clipping off the ends as mentioned in the second review to see if they look new again and don't chip when I clip them.

Some tips: I have to agree with the second review-I used a metal nail file and creased down, not side to side, to remove the excess tip. I used a topcoat-a must.

I haven't applied these tips yet, but just wanted to mention that there is only one set of 16 strips (8 sizes) per package. Many of them look like they will be too big for my nails. I was expecting more strips and more sizes due to looking at Incoco's other products and viewing their website.) They should definitely state this in their product description. For this reason, for now, I'm rating these 4 stars. I'll update after I've actually applied the nail tips.

I used the french tips from Incoco when they first came out. I'm not sure what they did to the product but I noticed the strips were very thin, almost see through, the packaging of the product is the dumbest design I've ever seen. The way they have the strips stuck together causes them to rip when you are trying to separate them. I remember using the french tips and they did not even chipping for about a week and a half and within a day these are already chipped. I'm very disappointed.

I actually bought these from Target. They are really beautiful in the package but really suck in reality. I really like the Incoco and OPI nail stickers because they are really easy to apply and last for almost two weeks. These stickers are really thick and tough to stretch over the nails (mine are mid-length). I also typically finish my strips off with a layer of clear topcoat. As these started peeling in 1-2 days, I tried this and the polish instantly wrinkled up on the nail and looked even worse. That's $10 I'll never get back :( I hope this review saves someone else some money!!

I agree with the other two reviewers. I have tried Sally Hanson before and loved them. It was true polish, shaped well to my nail, and lasted for months. I got one nail done with the Essie brand and realized I wasn't going to be happy with the end product. The Essie brand is an actual sticker, not polish. Once applied, I was not able to smooth sticker, it bubbled, and there was no way to easily remove the excess around the edges of my nail. Although they are cute, I would skip these and go for the other brand!

I love the way these look. But like the other reviewer was very disappointed once they were on. They are NOT nail polish like Sally Hanson and Incoco. They are too thick and felt weird on my nails. I also could not get them smoothed out properly at the edge and was catching my nails on my sweater all day. My right thumb had a wrinkle on application that I could not "lift and pull" like the other two brands to fix. After one day of wear I took them off. Too bad, as they look super classy.

These nail stickers are beautiful and easy to put on. With that being said, they certainly have their flaws. They don't stay on long. They snag on everything because they are so thick and the edges never seem to file down quite smooth enough. The stones are also three dimensional and stick up from the applique so they tend to snag on clothes, especially sweaters. They peel off very easily so don't even attempt to wash dishes or submerge your hands in any type of liquid. In short, they're beautiful, but the quality just isn't there. If you just want to wear them for a special occasion, they're worth it...but for the long haul, you're better off going with the Sally Hansen nail strips that are made of actual nail polish and last a week or more.

these suck. I prefer the sally Hansen ones. these were thick and oddly shaped on the sides. the sally Hansen ones are curved on the sides and these are a straight line. whose nails are that shape? I had to use 2 per nail. with the sally Hansen ones I can use one per nail. I wont be buying these again.

I love using this to tone down a very bright hot pink nail polish (from Claire's) that I love the combination of the two colors makes a lovely and fun summer color. I recommend that you use this with another nail polish to enhance or create a new look! I love this polish!

I can't believe I waited this long to try airbrush legs! This is hands down the most life-saving beauty product I've ever used. Because of my ghostly white, reddish and veiny legs, I haven't worn shorts in YEARS. This isn't like the self-tanners I've used.. it's a very light color but that's not the point of this product. It simply makes whatever color legs you have look almost flawless, tight, smooth and even-colored. With this stuff I don't feel like I even need to go any darker. I never thought I'd ever be happy with my legs.. EVER.. I almost feel like crying.. HA!

Great coverage.. Let it dry!only comes off with soap and h20. You can shower and not scrub legs and it stll lasts for 2 days. Be careful when spraying it, if i gets on clothes when it is still wet , it stains.

This product is wonderful! Your legs look beautiful, as if you wore the finest stockings. It's transfer resistant and it covers any imperfection of the skin. For my pale skin, the Light Glow is perfect, but in summer I also use Medium Glow and it doesn't look unnatural at all. So much better than I expected! I am very, very pale and this is probably the best shade they offer for very light skin.

Initially, I was skeptical based on other reviews that say it comes out too orange, doesn't cover veins or with too much glitter. There were enough positive reviews to encourage the purchase. I had realistic expectations. Short of several trips to the doctor, nothing will get rid of veins once they are there--but this product worked to even out skin tone. The shimmer reflects light and spider veins are much harder to spot! It was much more subtle than some of the negative reviews led me to believe. I only put one layer of the product on after showering & shaving my legs. The color took a minute to get used to---I am as pale as people can be. However, once it dried and in the natural light it looked much better than it did in the bathroom.

Tips that may seem like common sense but I will share anyhow:

1. Test this out before an event so you are used to the application process and how long it takes for it to dry on your skin. *I rushed the process and would allow myself more time next application.

2. Shower, shave and exfoliate dead skin first.

3. If you moisturize allow plenty of time for your lotion/cream/oil to absorb first.

4. Apply product in the bathroom---not over carpet and have a couple of dark colored towels you don't care about handy. Put one towel on the floor underneath where you are spraying/applying.

5. Follow the instructions on bottle for application.

6. Have a mirror handy to ensure even coverage on backs of legs.

7. Give this product ample time to dry before getting dressed and use caution when you do. *I did get some shimmer on the inside waist band of my shorts as I was pulling them on too quickly.

Happy to discover that it worked for my skin tone. This will be a "must have on hand" product for me during spring and summer so I can wear shorts, dresses and skirts with more confidence.

Simply amazing! Where has this been all of my melanin challenged life?! I went out and bought shorts today. I am very well versed in self tanners and they just don't work as well as this for legs. My legs look so nice! I feel so confident when I have this on. Also, I have white sheets and this did not rub off last night at all. My legs looked great this morning and so did my sheets! Love it!

The concept is great. The older I get, the sloppier I get, so this product sounded perfect. It does work, but the tips wear out with one or two uses. The directions say to wipe it off after use to prevent staining, but it can't be prevented. With one use, the tip spreads, making it difficult to get close to the nail without removing polish from the nail itself. You can trim it back to get one more use out of it, but with only two tips, it doesn't last long. I have found that a little piece of a cotton ball, twisted to the end of an orange stick works just as well, with more accurate expectations. Good luck!

This product simply doesn't work. Tried using it once and it was useless. I couldn't even push on bottom like it said to get the remover to go to tip. So frustrating and annoying. Next time I will use something else. I could make something better than this pen.

The item I received was not the item pictured. I was totally dissatisfied with it. The item I received had round tips like a bubble on the end of the blades. I had some safey tip scissors like the ones pictured and they were confiscated by airport security. I hoped to replace them; however, I cannot seem to locate any like the ones I had taken away.
