The concept is great. The older I get, the sloppier I get, so this product sounded perfect. It does work, but the tips wear out with one or two uses. The directions say to wipe it off after use to prevent staining, but it can't be prevented. With one use, the tip spreads, making it difficult to get close to the nail without removing polish from the nail itself. You can trim it back to get one more use out of it, but with only two tips, it doesn't last long. I have found that a little piece of a cotton ball, twisted to the end of an orange stick works just as well, with more accurate expectations. Good luck!

There are times that it looks like I painted my finger rather than just my nail. I have MS and my hands do shake alot. This clean up is great. It now looks like my nails have been done by a pro. Again, thank you Sally Hansen !!!!

I had been looking for this product in the stores, but could not find it. Was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I have used the quick clean up by Sally Hanson before and am satisfied with it. Only complaint is that it dries out too fast.

This product simply doesn't work. Tried using it once and it was useless. I couldn't even push on bottom like it said to get the remover to go to tip. So frustrating and annoying. Next time I will use something else. I could make something better than this pen.
