That's just what I say about my lip gloss!! I'm 51years old,and young at heart!It's very important that I keep my lips in check! What adds to the sweetness of the gloss is the type of 'candy'-like smell,plus to put that 'cherry' on top is the plumpness! Talk about sexy and delicious! Great nail polish that makes toes and fingers look absolutely stunning. This polish is easy to apply and easy to remove when changing colors. Unfortunately, Sally Hansen has discontinued this particular line of polish.

This color was horrible. It didn't have the metallic color I expected. There was streaking and I needed to put on over 5 coats because it was way too thin. Horrible. Mad I spent money on this product.

I bought this overcoat polish because a friend of mine suggested I give the whole crackling nail polish fad a try. She really liked the effect, so I figured I'd give it a go. I picked the distressed denim shade of blue because it wasn't anything too dark and somber, but also wasn't too bright and crazy.

First off, applying it takes some practice. My suggestion would be to pick a nail, preferably one that's easier to clean off (like a pinkie nail), and try the effect on that one nail before getting the rest. When I first applied it, I found that I put too thick of a coat on, and the crackling didn't take effect. Too thin, and I ended up with zebra-like stripes, and not as much crackling. I found that putting on one very light crackle coat, allowing it to almost dry, and then putting on another very light coat in a slightly different direction (like somewhat sideways on the nail instead of following the natural nail line down), worked to create better effects, though the overall feel of the crackle is still very stripe-oriented, and not quite as "crackled" like the photos. Also, waiting for an extra 20 minutes or so before applying the final topcoat allowed extra crackling to take effect, so I would wait a bit before applying the topcoat.

I also found that this particular blue works better on lighter backgrounds, like silver or pastel colors, than darker. I tried using a darker fuchsia, and the blue came out very dark-looking, almost black. Didn't work well at all, but when I used it on a silvery color, it popped and looked great, especially once I added the topcoat for shine. This color is definitely made to work best with lighter contrasts beneath it.

Overall, good for the price, but I'll bet there are better effects with more expensive crackle polishes, like O.P.I.

The polish crackled great when I applied it. However, the color looks nothing like the color in the bottle or the color on the cap seal. It looks more like a dark navy blue, almost black. I was very disappointed, as I bought this color thinking it was the bright blue. Like I said, it crackled great, the color just wasn't what I had in mind.

I bought these thinking I could cut them down since I have medium length nails, wrong you must have very very long nails and fat nails other wise they are a waste of money. Most of the decals are so big that if you cut them down they take away from the image. I am only able to use a few of them the rest I am probarly going to throw the rest away. Buyer beware!

My pedicures last a full month, but fingernail polish is always less than attractive in 3-6 days. I thought this would be a good in-between-appointments solution since it is advertised as fast-drying. I found that this frosty beige color goes on thick and gloppy and uneven. I had to put on a second coat, which looked even thicker but at least the color was better. After 15 minutes it is still soft and "dings" easily when I try to pick up a cellphone or type. I think I will stick with bare nails in between appointments, or use my bottled polish and avoid contact with anything for an hour. This is a great idea but in practice it is not a big improvement over traditional application methods.
