I love this wax. I just started using it last summer.
It doesn't come with any strips. You apply it like regular wax, and wait for it to solidify a little bit. You dont have to flatten it out to get it to stick to the hairs like you do with the cloth/paper strips. Thats because this is a better type of wax. Its special at getting hairs down under...
It comes with a small pair of trimming scissors, a few popsicle stick applicators, a cloth pair of underwear...which i dont understand lol...and wax, and this azulene oil.
The oil is for getting the little bits of wax off after you're done. You can apply it using a cotton ball, and the wax is so easy to remove.
It lasts for a couple weeks. I don't really keep track. Maybe like a month depending on how fast your hair grows.
And yes, its gonna be painful. But its something that you get used to. I actually like to wax now. And my husband likes it also! :)

After having used razors, tweezers, and Nair sugarig wax for years, I bought the Sally Hansen Brazilian Extra-Strength Wax as a last-ditch effort to find something that actually got rid of unwanted body hair and kept it off--and that is exactly what this product did fo me. The wax was really easy to apply and remove, and it got ALL the hairs off. Plus, the hair stays gone for about two months. It does sting at first since you are ripping hair out by the roots, but it is way less painful than other waxes. This product has saved me time, money, and sanity and I highly recommend it.Best Deals for Sally Hansen Brazillian Bikini Wax+Shape Kit
As a Christmas "surprise" for my significant other, I decided that I would wax everything--arms, legs, underarms, and brazilian bikini line. I bought Sally Hansen Brazilian Bikini Waxing & Shaping Kit (5070) and the Sally Hansen Extra Strength All-Over Smart Wax Hair Removal Kit (5037).I started with my bikini line, because I figured that would be the most painful. The Brazilian Bikini Wax heated to a perfect consistency in 30 seconds without any problems. I applied it in a one-inch by two-inch strip to my upper/inner-thigh bikini hair and waited for about fifteen seconds for it to get to a hard-ish consistency and pulled. And it HURT! It hurt like so many obscenities that I cannot post here. Not only did it hurt terribly, but it only removed about 80% of the hairs, and it's not like strips, which (I would learn later) you can reapply to get the stragglers. It was sticky and messy, and I had to scrape it out from under my finger nails. I figured, beginner's luck. Or, complete lack of luck. I tried again on the other side with the exact same (horrifically painful, slightly hairy) results. At that point, I figured, maybe it's the wax. I let myself heal for two days.
Two days later, the bikini line had red bumps where the Brazilian Wax had been applied, though it was no longer painful. I plucked out the hairs that remained, and decided that I would now start to wax my legs using the Smart Wax.
Well, the Smart Wax was extremely successful. Again, it heated to perfect consistency in 30 seconds or so, was easy to apply, then slap a strip on, rub the strip, and pull. It removed ALL the hairs I had covered, save one or two, which were removed on a second rub/pull. It was virtually mess-free. Well, with that success, I tried it on my underarms, and again had fantastic results. Same for my arms. Biting my lip, I wanted to see how it would work on the bikini line.
The Smart Wax is fantastic for removing brazilian bikini line hair, much more so than the Brazilian Bikini Wax Kit. While it is painful, it is quick and gets the job done, leaving no hair behind. Because it is quick, I didn't have the problem of having to reheat it again and again--only three reheats for a whole-body wax.
Don't get me wrong; waxing my brazilian bikini line sucked and was the most painful thing I've experienced. BUT, I was able to wax in places that I was fearful of shaving without any problems using the Smart Wax, and the area healed far better with the Smart Wax (no bumps, redness gone in two days) than with the Brazilian Wax (no redness, bumps lingering two days later). I would NOT recommend the Brazilian Bikini Waxing & Shaping Kit for beginners. It is clumsy, messy, painful, and not intuitive at all. However, the Extra Strength All-Over Wax Hair Removal Kit is definitely the way to go!
