Review of Sally Hansen HD Nail Color, Hi-Definition, Laser- 0.45 fl oz

I get tons of complements on this color! It's glittery, but the sparkly bits aren't large. I've always found Sally Hansen to be a durable brand, as well. This polish wears very well. Slight edge wear isn't immediately noticeable.

I wondered if I'd even like it once I used it. Until recently, I was always very conservative about nail color. Pinks, reds, French manicure...that was it. This is the first blue I ever bought. I was pleased to find that it's such a nice, deep and sparkly blue that it's different, yet doesn't scream "flashy!"

My only issue is that I find it a hassle to remove. I feel like I'm trying to rub off sandpaper. It takes me twice as many cotton wipes than plain polish to get it all off. I will definitely buy this again, though, because it's just lovely. I think it's going to be a nice winter shade.

I painted my nails 5 hours ago and just now went to pull my hair back in a ponytail, during which feat all of the nail polish on my thumbs and index fingers came off. It's undryable and consequently won't last. Pretty color but it's not a paint, as it doesn't last. My nails are a currently horrendous mess of partially rubbed-off polish, and I will have to paint them again--this time with a polish that actually works.

Result: Will never buy a Sally Hansen product again.
